Update, still getting "error not found" seems even though i have followed all their steps to fix it not enough.. tried calling several times, mo one answers the line. Voice your choice selection always says error not found. Unable to read documents however it more than happy to say I have when all I got was a subject line. I have to sign in several times because it tells me I am already signed in. This has been happening on and off t for 3 years. Think it would be fixed by now.
Honestly you guys need to update this. It's not that hard. You have so many different options available yet more than half the drop downs don't work. Like I would love to update my bank info which would be nice without calling payroll. But can't because the application is borderline unusable. Please fix. I'm using an Samsung S9 running 8.0
App isnt current with loads & messages. Sometimes they come through but with the update they dont appear at all. So frustrating. They need to sync it with Qualcomm to make it more efficient and up to date.
pretty good app and handy for many things but its buggy around the edges and does not designed very well but it at least works great but hopefully swift will put a little more of its vast fortune into integrating this app with their current systems a little better a few features are missing at the moment like messenging your dispatcher from your phone but you recieve messages sent to your truck but decent app look foward to the future of swift and this app
This app needs to be fixed and tested so we can actually use it.it only works when it really wants to doesn't work on Android or Apple iPhones. It keeps getting time out messages or error tried uninstalling and reinstalling it still does it
It's always freezing up and never lets me send my trip scans. Not to mention it closes after trying to submit the trip scan. It takes lot of my time through out the day. It also tells me that I. Logged in already, when I'm not. It's luck that I even have it 2 stars. I probably should have gave it a half of star.
Hey Swift. I am so tired of this app not working correctly. This has been going on for nearly a year. This app is vital to a driver. Not being notified of a load and losing the load because not accepting it in time has cost me lots of money. Do i need to open the app and check every 10 minutes to see if i have a next load?? No sure what the problem is and frankly i dont care. I just need it to work.
*POS* I have uninstalled this glitchy mf ×2 just to get it to work, also why is it when you have a incorrect login it stays in the red reminding you and still will give access, if it freezes you can't click back or logout...I hate it and the radar that picks up shadows and no one wants the Zonar😒
Waste of space/download the app doesn't even work since the update. I wasn't able to get to a truck stop near me or able to put them into the app. So I'm now without pay and nobody to contact to help with the situation. Threw this whole app into a sink hole.
Trip scan causes the app to close every time. Have to use another app to scan BoL so the in-app scanner will produce a readable image. All in all, a terrible app! What makes it even worse is that we HAVE TO use it to get paid!!! UNREAL!
I have a Samsung galaxy S10 and am not able to submit my scan documents. Please fix this issue. "Error uploading images to server." "raster format (y+ height is outside of raster)" successfully false warnings. "
The app worked good until the update on Oct. 23rd, now I can't scan my trip documents. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, please fix this asap. Scanning our trip documents is how we get paid and where not always near a truck stop.
Not sure why so many ppl complaining and giving this app bad reviews. It has worked flawless for me on my Samsung S20 ultra and now my Google pixel. Maybe it's the user and not the app........
It usually functions, except when it doesn't for no apparant reason and sometimes insists on you uninstalling the app repeatedly to download and update until it works the next day.
Very glitchy. This is the least smooth app I've ever used. Considering it's a must have app as a Swift driver. Swift transportation is wealthy enough to afford a better app maker.
It doesnt work. I dont understand why YOU HAVE TO HAVE GPS on. Yes I get the point but it doesnt change it feom being a stupid requirement. This is plain stupid. There is a lot of issues with uploading files. This app is HORRIBLE
Neither this app nor Dial*In has issued push notifications for months now, and now this one no longer boots properly. Samsung Note8. I'd like to be paid for my work, so please fix. -D431050
I usually review my check stubs through in gauge, but after the update it refuses to go to the portal. Says "connection refused". Come on swift, for being a big company, you're using a crappy app. Help us out
Horrible app. Login in progress. Portal access denied. Trip scan crashes the app after every 3rd trip scan for months.
Everytime you idiots do an update, you break it. It's amazing just how incompetent IT people actually are. I'd be suprised if you can turn on a computer
I think its a real time saver. You might have to reinstall once and awhile. But it is worth it. Helps keep you from having to detour to a terminal.
not mobile friendly...you have to do most of the stuff on a actually computer...doesnt really help otr drivers unless they going out there way to get to a terminal...lessons gang up...cant view any attachments
I want to give 0 stars. This app is terrible. I never had any issues with Transflo. This company is way too big to have anything less than 4 stars.
log in with driver code as user name and last 4 digits of ssn is your password.....and it may just be your phone for those that are having issues....I for one enjoy the app. there is more to the app than just. BOL scan
Login is severely bugged in such a way to warrant an immediate fix. This app and its app space compatriot, "Dial*in", basically won't log the user in because it thinks they're already logged in. This occurs frequently and when it does, the app is rendered unusable. If this is not indicative of a security consideration that must be resolved, it constitutes a massive positive false alarm rate. But it's been this way for a while and a fix has yet to materialize.
