Swift Minimal for Samsung - Substratum Theme

SYSTEM requirement:
• This theme is tailored for Samsung devices with the stock firmware on Nougat, Oreo and Pie. For Substratum-set requirements, like root and plugins, please read below.
• Custom ROMs based on Samsung firmware may work too. If you are using AOSP based ROMs though, you should use our Dark and Black Substratum themes instead of this one.
• Samsung tablets are not tested, but may work. If you encounter any bug on them you can let us know and we can try to look into them!
ROOT or PLUGINS requirement:
• Root and plugins requirements are set by the Substratum theme engine and by how overlays work on Android, NOT by the theme code!
- Samsung Nougat: you will require a separate, paid add-on developed by the Substratum team!
- Samsung Oreo: you will require a separate, paid add-on, different than the Nougat one, developed by the Substratum team, or to root your device!
- Samsung Pie ONLY FOR S9, S9+, NOTE 9: you will require a separate, paid add-on, same as the Oreo one, developed by the Substratum team, or to root your device!
- Samsung Pie ALL OTHER DEVICES: you must root your device to use any Substratum theme on it!
INSTALLATION:
1: Make sure that you have all that you need to use the Substratum theme engine.
2: Download the Substratum theme engine app and the theme. When you open up the Substratum app you’ll find the theme inside.
3: Open the theme inside the Substratum app and select your background in the menu at the top. Also select the apps you want to theme and hit install.
4: Wait until all overlays are installed and then reboot.
If you are using Samsung Oreo or Pie, you will need to enable all overlays in the "Manager" inside the Substratum app after installing overlays and rebooting.
!! Remember to uninstall all overlays before upgrading your firmware (OTA) !!

This is the most frequently updated theme on play store. Great responsiveness from the developer, and that deserves 5 stars. As for the theme I'd be even better with an option for some outlines/grey shadow on certain dialogues since they blend too much with the background; like toast and other popups.. Also some more pie support like qs icons and background would be nice
I think that the theme is overall good with it's color schemes and it's nice that it supports apps that other substratum themes don't even support. I don't really have any complaints, but just suggestions. Instead of using the stock one ui icons that are used in the status bar and quick tiles, can there be other icons that are based on Aosp rather than Samsung's own design? I feel those aosp/material design icons would fit much better like the Flux themes, the icons are changed to Aosp.
This was my go to theme. Does not work with pie note 8 sad face. Colors were great. Theme updated all the time. Absolutely amazing job with all the different apps that were theme able. Loved the customization without root. Will uninstall till substratum can work with Pie.
All of the apps work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 except for the Settings App. It just keeps stopping after installing the overlay and I can't seem to figure out the issue. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks :)
Love this theme, absolutely amazing and themes everything I use. Please update to theme Samsung pie beta apps that are missing from the drop down menus such as Messages, Phone (incallui), Samsung Internet, Samsung Themes, Weather, possibly more. Thank you for the hard work.
Tired of playstore app not working due to this app and the update cycle. Other layers apps can theme play store without failure on every update. Please fix this issue, otherwise this is a great app. Did not realize reinstalling fixed this issue...thanks. updated review.
The only theme that worked properly with synergy and my galaxy a50 running stock unrooted pie. Looks decent but lacks accent consistency. Not sure if this is by design or not. Another theme for galaxy devices is on the galaxy store for free the pewdiepie theme is very well polished and quite beautiful.
so the theme still works 100% on Android 8.0, but even now after a few months on Android 9.0 there still isn't any "AOSP like" theme elements. I own this theme as well as the Black and Grey ones (that I used on my Pixel XL) I'm not saying that the theme is bad or anything but is great and nothing is broken, just wish that at least the status bar would be changed to be more AOSP like, and then the QS tiles + settings. anyways best of luck to the devs
Samsung messages hasnt been able to be themed. Please fix. Its been an issue for weeks now. Other then that, this top notch. Still lacks support for Samsung 10.
The search bar in the quick settings is white on Samsung 7.0 Nougat. Also, many apps like Viper4Android, Samsung Cloud or Samsung Voice Recorder are not supported; weird, since Swift Installer supports them...
Most of my apps are crashing following updates to latest apps version. Samsung health for instance is not working- app keeps crashing immediately after opening it.
Constant obligatory reapply/update is a little problematic but it is not Smth they can control when there are updates to apps. You are doing a great job!
Very thorough. Only wish there was better accent colors, they seem too washed out with the all black theme.
Great theme, looks amazing on my Galaxy S9+ on Android Pie v9.0.0. Gboard is working again and Galaxy App progress bar is finally themed, no more rainbow colors.
One of the best themes for Samsung Phones. Prefectly designed and a large number of apps are covered. Loving it.
I love this theme. it works flawlessly and looks good but now that pie on Samsung devices is out (one ui that is) I would be great if this was updated to support that.
How sad Samsung has blocked overlays on note 8. Can't theme up my note 8 anymore after the one UI pie update. If i would have known i would have never updated to pie. Hope you guys find some way around it.
Great theme. To those writing unfair negative reviews, keep in mind the theme only looks after skinning apps. Device support is handled by frameworks outside of this app...
Still great, but needs a 3rd party paid app to function. Not worth the effort, updating is a pain after the Android 10 update.
The best samsung themes ever made are here! Still compatible with my Unrooted Galaxy Note 9 in Sunsgtromeda mode even on the latest April Security Patch 2019. Amazing job!

Doesn't fully work Note 10 oneui - following have not been themed - system settings, quick settings background .
Everything works greay except for snapchat. used to work but now it doesnt have an effect anymore
This one was the only one that works with whatsapp on my moto Z2, though not on android settings/UI.
Would be nice if it came with icons for the 500+ app icons

I love this overlay. Works great on my S9+(Android 9.0) and Tab S4 (Android 8.1). Only problem is, I haven't gotten it to work on my S10+. I'm not sure if it's substratum's fault or Andromeda, but something needs to be fixed or updated.
