Swift - Smart Life

Had two of my switches randomly go offline, so I tried to delete them which didn't work since they were "offline" and unreachable... I then (re-)added them as "new" to make them functional again. They work, but I had the unresponsive ones in a few automated tasks and the tasks now fail because it shows the old switch as "deleted" and I cannot remove/delete them from the task. I am however able to add the newly added replacement switch to the task. How do I get rid of the old ones? I don't want to keep getting "task failed" notifications. I hope that makes sense.

The app works with manual controls, but the automation does not function properly. Programming turns on the outlet but does not turn off automatically. System update fails every time. Three stars because it does work, just not as well as I hoped. If there is a fix for this, please let me know.

Had the SmartlifeTuya app installed. They updated it a few days ago and now it just gives exception notifications. Installed this one and now I am back to working! Android 4.4.2 is the OS I have. Only reason I do not give 5 stars is just like the Tuya app, it sometimes takes several button presses in the app to actually get the switch to work. One other thing this needs is the ability to either stay logged in or be able to store the user and password. Sux having to log in every time I want to use the app.

I have added 2 light bulbs. First is a typical screw in one and the other is a g10 bulb. For some reason the screw bulb Scenes don't have the same Names on the bottom row as the other light bulb i have add (cant attach screenshots). The scenes name are Scene 1, scene 2, etc. Then when i click on each scence i'm unable to change the colour as the colour wheel seems broken. I have tried differnet branded Tuyu apps and all the same. This too me is frustrating and just buggy but i could be wrong. Hoping someone contacts me for further info

A week ago it suddenly stopped working with my Google Home. I re-installed it, looked into unlinking Google Home and relinking. Nothing works! In Google Home it says linking but never showed up with the app. Not sure what's happening maybe the update messed it up.

Nice app,works perfectly with my Smartswall switch KS602.Almost automatic pairing. It will be nice to explain more about the steps. In switch booklet is not same as actual screens . App pop ups messages during pairing setup fade too quickly to read them.

does no one read the terms and services? these guys are taking alot of your privacy away from you "to create a better experience" why do you need so much personal data when all I want is a app to control the color of my lightbulb? why do I even need to create a accout? make a simplified app where it connects with in the home if you don't care about away from home access.

This app was easy to set up and use with the electric plugs I ordered to make smart sockets. This is the 2nd app I downloaded. The 1st one didn't work well. I ordered 4 more plugs to install in my home. This app is SO easy to use. I upgraded my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Pretty frustrating. Tried both ways. You dont get much feedback while it's trying. The user docs need to be more clear.

The app works brilliant all the automations get executed good.. i have never seen any smart home devices responding so fast.. thanks to swift home automations.

I have at home some 4 wifi bulbs and echo dot third generation doesn't detect them. What's wrong with Swift-Smart Life app? What I have to do to make my wifi devices detected by Alexa? Any help.

Did not interface with Alexa. Added 5 wifi plugs and Alexa does not see any of them. Most disappointing.

Using my smartphone as a keypad to turn on and off your devices takes way too much time I wish to use voice command through my smartphone to access your device's how do I do that without purchasing another device

I can not be away and be sure the lights are controlled. it tells me the items are OFFLINE which may or may not be true. so li like is this a waist of my money?
