Does not work with Google Pixel 3. It connects to the Swift hitch wifi but app cannot find camera. So disappointing for a $200 camera that claims it works with Android. Support was zero help.
Crashes immediately upon starting the app using Galaxy S8+ running Android 8.0 (Oreo). Seems to run fine on smaller Galaxy S8. Oct. 30, 2018 UPDATE: Works on GS8+ now! Thank you.
App crashes. No reply to feedback in app. Every time I click to see the camera view the app closes. Using galaxy tab A6.
did work, now won't detect camera even though connected. frustrating when you need to use it, not a toy.
Only connected 1 time to Galaxy S8. Now app stops running immediately on start up
We can't get it to download on a Samsung Galaxy Tab, what can I do to get it to download on my tablet. Then we can have a little bigger screen. Thanks
Currently does not function in Android 9.0
App is finicky about which Android devices work. It will NOT "find" the camera on my LG G8-THINQ, yet connects immediately if I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab2 or a Lenovo M8 tablet. Also, the app control for turning the infrared lights on "appears" to respond, yet lights on the device never come on Device or app problem? Who knows? & ZERO instructions for "manual connection" menu option. THE SH04 was returned to Amazon. Per tech support, no fix is available. Works great on some phones, but not mine.
