I used to love the app but recently it only shows a blank screen even after deleting and downloading it multiple times

App no longer works at all since updating to Android 9.

Very useful for areass with unpredictable traffic

The times are really on or it is way off.

I like the organization and the specific ETAs of buses down to the second. The only part about this app that isn't better than Google Maps is the lack of a feature where you can set either your departure time or arrive by time and see when the buses are scheduled to run. With this additional feature, it would be easily five stars.

Used to love this app, even though the real-time is false. Recently upgraded my phone and now the app will not load anything. Works fine for my roommate who is using the same connection. Still tells me not connected but I know my internet is working. As stated, works for my roommate's phone under same connection but not on my galaxy S9.

Inaccurate. Does not even have all of the stops the bus line makes which is totally useless. Why would I walk .55 miles when I could walk 2 blocks? Also it doesn't tell you all the stops. What's this app for? I have no idea. It's pretty but not effective for the purpose for which one might need to utilize such an app

Organized, easy to navigate after familiarizing for 5 mins, and the real-time map option does wonders for those stressful bus trips. Like getting to work.

It's a good idea but only shows the local bus arriving/departing according to it's posted schedule. It'd be best & most efficient of it tracked the buses in REAL TIME so that you know when the bus's is running late, etc.

It seems to be comparable to the IPhone pdx bus app. Which unfortunately is not available for android. I appreciate the design and color of this app tho!

Cool app definitely helpful. I like knowing what time my bus is actually going to show up; rather than when it's scheduled to arrive.

The predicted bus arrival time is incredibly accurate. Nagivation is close to non-functional in my area. A lot of info is presented on the screen at a time and it's intimating at first.

Overall I like Swiftly, but I wish they'd incorporate Lyft as an option because not everyone uses Uber. I'll give a 5 star rating when I see Lyft times.

I have tried all of the apps that work with Tri-Met (Portland OR) and this is the best app by far. I use it multiple times each day. It is an essential tool that I use to plan any of my travels.

The User Interface (ui) is lacking and does not use light rail options for Denver. I can't even consider using routes that will take 3-5x longer on bus transit only. There are also lacking options of alternate routes. For these reasons: uninstalled.

Goodbye slow and often wrong next bus. Hello best options, times and cost. Brilliant.

I like how they present and organize the bus lines. Making it easy for the users to add where they're headed is definitely a plus for me.

The app is cooling on but it don't give you alerts when you request it on a Pacific route

App is great but is crashing / not loading after updating my OS to Android 9.
