SwiftTask - Your smart todo list
Don't waste your time by clicking through menus anymore. Simply create a new task with its categories, dates and locations in only one line:

You don't even need to type these things out everytime you add a new task. SwiftTask provides you recommendations from your previous tasks and also features an intelligent date picker.

App Permissions
• The location permissions are only used for location based reminders. If you don't use these reminders, you don't need to allow these permissions.
• The Internet permission is only used to display the Google Map, which is only displayed once on creating a new location. Meaning, once you created all your needed locations, you can deactivate the Internet permission and still use the location based reminders (Note: Most devices don't allow you to revoke this permission, sorry).

Great App! 3 things that could make it a favorite instantly: 1. Option to reduce Font size on widget will help it occupy less homescreen space and hence look less cluttered. 2. Syncing Native Calenders will skip the hassle of recreating the reminders, events and to-do as tasks again on SwiftTask. 3. Icons in color appearing on the dark theme (as shown on your screenshots above) instead of white on black would make it look more appealing. Thank You.
Simple and functional. Totally Amazing. please add some more functions: 1. First of all, I don't know if it is only me but I am not getting any sound while getting notifications. 2. adding time through typing when adding a new task. 3. A snooze option I know it's a new app and it will a great app with time (Already is more will be). Thanks.
I've been using this daily for a few months now. This is a simple and clean todo list app. The categories, reminders and the 3 different ways of viewing your list make it very powerful and customizable. There are many ways to use this application. Feature req Ability to donate or buy a pro version.
The "everywhere", (tasks pinned to a notification) integration is exactly what I'm looking for! I also love the input method! If only it could: save to one or more txt files that I can sync, have a page for each txt file instead of just one task list & done How do I get all the pinned tasks into just one notification like the screenshot?
This is a wonderful app, I wanted to migrate to this from Todoist, which I primarily use in my phone (so no sync is kinda OK) Alas, 2 major issues stopped me and hence the 3 star (that too is generous) rating: 1. The widget is broken, does not sync deleted tasks correctly, that's mostly a deal-breaker 2. The smart one-line task adding is not so smart afterall, it does not recognise '12 noon' or '1pm'. Mate, lookup the Todoist time picker, it understands virtually any date or time description
exceptionally good minumalist tasks app with no unnecessary bloat and almost all necessary features. however one feature i would like to request is ability to add tasks continuosly withou tapping add tasks button repeatedly. that makes it a lot easier to make long lists of tasks. Tahnk you.
Looking promising, but please make recurring tasks work as intended with being able to specifiy how it recurs instead of just x number of days. We have bills that are due on the same day of each month and cant use this app because of not being able to recur on the same day.
Great, easy way to manage tasks. More recurring task intervals eg Days, weeks, months and end dates for recurring tasks would make it perfect.
really useful and good looking app. please consider strike through when check completed and not definitely delete the note, or just move them to completed tasks. also a dark theme would be great
Definitely a great app in terms of design and functionality. Since there's already a constant notification to easily input new task, I would love if todays tasks appear with it too.
From a productivity standpoint: Love the one line syntax approach,, nowhere done, i hate having to click everything in other apps... with this app i just write one line! and my action is planned!! fantastic!! and super easy.: dev is great communicating: this app looks pretty also, i just need more functionality: like "caldav" support (have hundreds of tasks am pm) but this app has great promise and would get my money!
this is the task list i use, but it's a bit too lean. really needs a way to customize notification times (instead of using midnight lol). not sure I'll stick with it.
Amazing! While it does not have synchronisation feature, it does carry out its main function in a non-obstructive manner!
It would be perfect if i can add subtasks and can acces the to do list on my pc. And maybe more size options for the widget. Love the app btw!

Very great app but I am missing a dark interface for the notification bar widget. Even when darkmode is enabled it is bright.

Love the simplicity of this app. However, there are a few bugs in the app that I'm experiencing on my Samsung Galaxy J3 Star.
Repeat task functions are extremely limited. Cannot handle "last day of the month" or "second Monday every 12 months" types of repeats.
Slick design and lean workflow. U would give it the fifth star of there was cloud based backup / sync to multiple devices.
I don't like the idea of creating a task before the category. Id rather create a groceries category and add take to it, for example
Would like to set times and how long a task could take. Would like to see days in the future and past.
This is a very good Todo-app. it has a widget and is free. I love the one line input.
no way to filter out search through hundreds of tasks. cannot replace Swipes or Wunderlist as daily driver

It's even better if you can use a different number of "!" to mark the importance or priority of the event.
Really like the simplicity of this app.
its good, pretty and without annoying ads. i do wish i could import/export my lists/sync them if i have to change devices or get this one stolen. i would consider that the only flaw this app has, for real. it really is a lovely app and i will be using a lot for sure. edit: also i would like to be able to costumize the order categories are listed. thank you for your work!
