Swinburne

Was a terrible app, used to be a series of Web links. Recent update is an amazing improvement and actually provides all the things expected in an app like this, with a much needed facelift and even some bonus things as well. Congrats on listening to feedback and making the right moves to resolve problems.

For an app made for the Swinburne University of Technology, the technology just ain't there. If this is a huge improvement, I've got to wonder just how bad the old version was.

Terrible! It always keeps on asking for the current password or whatsoever, when I enter my password "try again" thing pops up. THE WORST EVER!!!!

Very poorly designed app, needs major changes. Not sure how the university accepted this app, you should be leading the industry.

After the app update its very user-friendly and easy to use.

Easy to use, well designed. I can find everything I'm looking for easily.

The improved app really makes me feel more connected to Swinburne and my study.

The app just provide weblinks, hard to navigate and find info about events within the app

An app full of bookmarks. At least save us time by reducing the amount of times we have to put in our student details.

Terrible app, it's just shorcuts to open students needs in the website. And even that doesn't work properly.

One star for saving time looking at website for certain things, but its terrible, just opens up things in browser.

Although it directs me to my web browser most of the time, it's still handy to be able to click what I need rather than searching for it on the mobile site. Excellent work!

The app is ok but why does it need all those permissions. Makes me not want to use it

Grossly inaccurate. Timetable section, which was all I used, was wrong. Not updated. App uninstalled and deleted.

Oh come on Swinburne! You can do a much better app than this. Look at Deakin Uni app and Uni of Queensland app, for example. All links should be able run within the app smoothly and nicely. Please just make vast improvements on the app. Thanks.

Its pretty much links to the Swinburne website, Everything opens in a browser. Yes it saves you the time looking for Timetable, Student news, planner, etc. But it should all be in one app.

How can you call this an app!?! It just opens web browsers! Not user friendly and not suitable for people on phones. It is a shame that most other universities have such good apps and we dont.

Very basic. It can be a TAFE student project. only good thing about this is everything is together but poorly designed and just Weblinks added. So disappointing. Swinburne authority please do not say it as your official apps.

Other than the collaborate link being busted when I put it into Google play, and everything being loaded in browser (please guys, fix that, a simple timetable view can't be too much to ask rather than loading my browser to log in) its an impressive start and look forward to future updates. Good design, easy to use, links with other apps nicely.

Does everything I could do already before this app. Would like it much more if everything opened inside the app and not just opened links in the browser...

This app is quite useful! I like that there's a section for study spaces and the library resources. I wish there was less opening things in the mobile web browsers though.

Please improve it as Sarawak campus is not in here…I would give 5 star if everything go well like blackboard in here and Sarawak campus is in here this make thing easier for all

It would be better if everything opened in the app and not open pages with links.

I tried the app and was bored. Might as well just refer to the official website.

What the hell we have programmers and designers that can do this better than this!
