Swipe Wallet

This app COULD be brilliant Looks sleek, great functionality, the Swipe debit card is a game changer. It's just slow! Lots of small bugs that need ironing out concerning the UI. Can't reorder wallets in favourites, for example, just keeps switching back to default order. Price graphs sometimes don't load, you'll be well acquainted with the loading ring between 1H, 1D charts etc. Iron out these issues and you have a seamless experience.

Takes a long time to get your cryptos in there. Now i can't log in into the app, says "blocked due to security check, try again later"... doesn't inspire confidence at all! NOT a great experience so far. Edit: now fiat currencies have disappeared... so i cannot buy nor sell anything! Totally useless and buggy app... slow and useless (recurring theme?) support. nothing works. Switching to a competitor (that does btw have SEPA transfers already!).

It looked promissing after looking at cards they offer, even bought 300 SXP to lock up. App itself is a bit laggy and sometimes does not even load. Had to change the address so I contacted support three times (!) multiple months apart and provided all info required. Got a reply once and address is still not changed. One could only wonder if dreadfull performance of their SXP token is linked to how bad the app and support for Swipe is.

ID Verification and responding to issues apparently are both too complicated for these folks. Might be a great app but wouldn't know because I can't fund anything. Feels like its still in alpha, everytime I log in it auto emails me that my account is being verified but nothing happens and tech support doesn't respond to you. Seems like a great way to dumpster a project right out the gate. I wanted to stake for a swipe card but if this is how they run their business maybe its a sign.

App works to an extent, but needs a lot of things ironing out. GBP does not work, transferring crypto between users does not work, SXP Network does not work. I could go on. However, the Visa card is good and the Binance takeover is creating massive growth, therefore I can see all these issues getting fixed soon. I hope so, as it really is a crypto game changer.

I was having a smooth experience until update to version 1.516 got installed. Then, I can't buy cryptos anymore, support says the tech team will fix it and then you don't receive any kind of communication from support or tech team or anyone. By far, worst customer support ever! UPDATE (v 1.519): The bug was removed, now the "Buy" button does nothing at all. It's just a place holder that doesn't activate any functionality. v1.522 still the same. Fix your app and I will fix the review.

Unfortunately even with recent updates I'm unable to progress past the initial splash screen and open an account. I've reached out to customer support over a week ago but as of today they haven't been able to help. As someone who believes in this project and owns a decent amount of SXP these issues do push me closer to selling them the longer they continue.

This app is clearly riddled with technical issues and not currently fit for purpose. Steer clear or enter at your financial peril. GBP for UK customers was removed, exchange was removed and I am still waitibg to be able to withdraw my money, the customer service and technical team haven't got a clue and the system needs a complete overhaul as so many features lack functionality & letting what was potentially a good wallet down. Your money is certainly at more risk than you can imagine.💔

Very disappointing!. I have lost motivation in this app. Thought it was promising at first until after trying it out. For an exchange dealing on crypto currency that is very volatile, it takes 7-DAYS before your coins appear in your wallet after paying with card on their app and worse too, its way costlier than official market rate. ..and lastly they are damn slow in everything ..not suitable for an exchange like cryptos that are very volatile. UPDATE: coins finally released after SEVEN DAYS!

Provides essential features, doesn't add any bloat. Interface is straightforward. I always keep a few bucks worth of btc on my phone and this app is great for that. Its easy to back up your wallet and archive it on Google Drive or other cloud storage.

I'm sorry to rate this with a 1, but I've received my card a week ago and still can't activate it, the app doesn't give me the option. Been emailing support, tried chat (but nobody is available), sent Twitter messages which were ignored and so on... I'm being absolutely ignored. Surprised that there's no customer service to assist with this... Edit: the issue is not the card, but the app itself which doesn't have an "activate" function. Support still ignores me. No reply for the past 2 weeks.

1: I have 1 option of adding funds & they have added a 3.9% charge, so not really getting advertised rates, actual rates: 8%= 4.1% 4%= 0.1% 2%= -1.9% 1%= -2.9% So with lower tiers, you're not really getting cashback, but paying them to use their services. 2: Selected £, pay in £, charged in € + an FX fee? 3: Contactless declined regularly. 4: Unexplained missing € from my account. 5: Support currently taking over 3 months to resolve an issue. 6: Blocked my initial Amazon prime transaction.

Can't order card and customer support don't seem to be able to help despite numerous messages chats and emails. App said I'm verified tier 2 but when I order cardnit said failed bank validation??? I've been with my bank almost 25 years! No way of resetting it to reapply so can't use it. I staked tokens etc but would actually like the card to go with it otherwise it's no use to me! 1 star until this is sorted then hopefully 5 stars if the app does what it says it will. Disappointed right now

The app was not working well in the beginning, but it has improved a lot over time. Right it is working smoothless and it is probably the easiest app if you just want to buy crypto (without paying an arm and a leg in fees)

Simple, quick, secure, easy to get into and get trading. Great visuals to assist with decisions and a good range of trading options. Can use PayPal or your bank/card for buying and selling. Definitely advise you try it!

Don't bother using if you're based in the UK. You cannot use your bank account for direct transfer/ top ups, and I have tried to add 7 or so debit and credit cards and every one "fails", so no idea how you can top up in the UK. I'll carry on using my CDC card for now.

This wallet app has been a life saver! I love the clean interface, functionality, security and stability. Dev is always on top of bugs (heartbleed) and quick to respond to feedback/reports. Keep up the good work!

Used to be one of my primary wallets, since they were taken over by Binace they took out the cards and the exchange, also raised the withdrawal minimum. Plus the app has a lot of bugs in the current version. At this moment, a no go for me.

Did have 5 stars, used this wallet everyday, and love the tech until they took away the exchange feature with the update! The exchange was one of the most exciting features with the wallet. swipe wallet WAS my one-stop-shop for everything crypto, but now I have to find other services... sad to see this UNEXPECTED change.

Best BTC Wallet! This app is really easy to use and user-friendly, also the interface is simple and efficient. One of the main advantages of using this app is the fact that you don't need to download a huge blockchain before being able to send and receive payments.

Credit card is declined more often than it works. Overall app works fine, but live support chat doesn't notify you when you're up and then the chat is terminated and you have to go again. Support tickets via mail have never been responded to in my experience...

I installed this application after i found out you cant sell or convert your Swipe (SXP) Tokens thorugh Binance- and that i have to send them to a swipe wallet and go from there, well i signed up and it said it sent a confirmation to my email, which it never did, my fourth attempt going into the app there was no sign in/ sign up options, just a wipe box saying 'Server Error' and just wont let me open the app.... incredibly disappointed and upset with this.

Started using the app a few days ago, this is the first update over 40 MB +, swipe network not available, and can't sell or buy as clicking both button not responding. App is slow most times to respond but in all great UI, add candle stick to chart. Pls.

THE best place to buy and spend cypto, period. Zero fees and a debit card that pays 8% cash-back makes this app a WIN. Smooth and intuitive UI atop a responsive backend. New features are constantly added and there many more in the pipeline for 2021. Shaping up to be an exciting year!

I just wonder who made this app. No updates. Ton of bugs. Support doesn't have any idea , all they do is our tech team will get in touch with you and they never do. Told few of my friends about this app and signed up for it and one of them had is account suspended and haven't heard nothing from support regarding what happened to his account and how to fix it. What kind of exchange y'all running man
