SwipePad - Gesture Launcher
It's extraordinarily simple and intuitive to use:1. Touch down a pre-set edge of the screen;2. Move your finger towards the center of the screen so the pad will emerge;3. Release your finger on a specific slot to action.
That's it! This will bring your multitasking to a new level:)
Some notes:
★ A pad can hold a mix of apps, shortcuts, bookmarks, contacts etc. With widgetpad add-on, it can even launch a widget from anywhere!
★ This is not a home app, your home key preference is kept (works with all 3rd party home apps like Apex Launcher, Nova Launcher, ADW Launcher, Go Launcher EX etc.)
★ The app under SwipePad keeps running: no interruption
★ Memory & battery friendly
★ "DIRECTLY CALL PHONE NUMBERS" permission is required by Android system dialer shortcut. So you can set up a quick dial portal, and call your favorite contact with a single swipe.

SwipePad is one of my must have tools. With a new machine it is one of the the first two apps that I install. It allows for opening any application no matter where I am "sitting" and with a single keystrokes. Many other functions, but that convenience has kept me using this tool.
Had always been great but it seems it is no longer working with Android 10. I hope a fix comes soon as I've literally be using this app since Android 4, it's a real timesaver!
simple, elegant and very useful. Have been using it for years. I have a suggestion - could you add UI themes for the screen overlay? One idea is "fluid navigation drawer" style
I am currently using an S10 +. I have found Swipe Pad to be indispensable. I have been a user for several years. I use the app on all my compatible devices.
i love this app. like other reviewers, I have been using this for years (over 5 different android phones). it's one of the first apps I install whenever i get a new phone docking one star because it seems like the devs dont support the app anymore. at least it still works!
Easily on my top 5 apps. Use it like 100 times a day and had it for as long as I can remember. Too bad it's not getting updated anymore. Maybe there are similar alternatives, but will stick with this for as long as it is possible.
Probably one of my most used apps. Super useful, but unfortunately it looks like it's no longer being developed/supported. Thankfully it still works on my phone, but I can't seem to find a way to buy the add-ons anymore.
Works well, but one major issue. I tried to disable SwipePad from certain apps, but it doesn't work.
It's incredible how an app made many years ago, and not being supported since 2017 is still working at the moment. This developer did a great job and it's still holding strong. Many thanks! I hope at least you still read the comments.
I have been using this app without a single problem for probably over 4 years by now. I download it anytime i get a new phone because it has become like a default setting for me to use. Great app

For people experiencing the bug where the icons would stay on your screen: disabling wallpaper background under look and feel fixed it for me.
I bought morespace...but the app suddenly got uninstalled from my phone... went missing from play store... and now that I find this all my settings and pads are gone!
Everytime my phone restarts, I have to uninstall, then reinstall this wonderful app. Any ideas how to fix this?

I cannot imagine having a new phone without this app. It's crucial for me for a long time. Sadly it has not been updated since 2017...

Great until this last phone update. Now the drawers stay open. Pls fix this I have grown to rely on this app.
Good app but no updates since 2017 and it has glitches now on new phones. Too bad it has been ignored.
Greate app. it is part my tweeks on each new phone I own. Only unable to new theams and add-ons.
bought the pro version for addes options and about a week later, that app was removed from the play store. unethical developer.
Great but doesn't autostart after restarting s10 and can't minimize notification (maybe due to lack of category)

Icons freeze on screen since latest update. Have to restart each time......

I bought yr apps & extension more space pad, recently I changed my phone but cannot install the extension to my new phone, any solution?
Used to love the app, but hasn't been supported since 2017. With the latest Android, it stopped working correctly and whenever I use it to launch an app, the image of the launcher drawer will overlap my screen and stay. I can make it go away by restarting the phone, but this is getting out of hand. I had to look for another app launcher. Sad to see this go. Used it for many years.
