It says the app needs to be updated but I cannot find a way to update it. It is not appearing in the play store as an update. Please fix this.
It always says "you're using the older version" even though I already uploaded the latest version of this app.
It says that my app (SwipeRx Open CPD) is outdated, I uninstall and re install and still the same. Can't find a way to update 😕
I can't download swipe rx in my new phone. Notification says "Installed" then, "This app is available to your device Samsung**(old phone)" which i actually deleted the app in my old phone. How can I change the device? Or able to download swipe rx in Huawei phone?

I love how this app can give us free CPD module. But, it's difficult to get the access code and when we requested it online the waiting time is very slow. Edited : The app is slow or not responsive when I want to take the test.

Hi, im following stepwise instruction to access modules, it says go to home dashboard and click general, when i got here i only see filter button but not the "general button" where can i seek assistance for this? Thanks
I didn't receive any verification code to sign up. I tried different accounts if it was working to another account but still no verification code received. Edit my comment because the swiperx personnel assist me and help me. Thank you so much. Kudos to your team
Overall it's a good app for pharmacist. But now I can't update time duration of working. It always force close. Please fix it in future updates.
Up until now, anything regarding uploading a picture is not available. Also, there is no support system through the app.
The latest version has some issue where I like or comment, it will dissappear. Edit: It's getting worse. Cannot even share post to join contest.

I always encounter having an error when I open the CPD modules.
Kept having errors loading the page
Already updated the app but the app won't open.
I wish they also make SwipeRx website on PC available. Kept asking me to update but theres no latest update available? Its also annoying after I like/comment on a a certain post, it'll keep notifying me that someone else commented on the post that I like. Please fix, this app have so much potential.
