Update loop has been resolved. I'd like to take this opportunity to give some feedback. Whenever I'm watching an item and go to the feed, scrolling into that feed is difficult meaning the sensitivity is very high and it just seems that it want to go back to the chart. For example, if I try to scroll down, the sensitivity is so high that the app thinks I want to swipe left instead of up

I just installed this and takes a lot of time and so many questions. Don't really understand the use of so many questions. Don't understand most of this. This is too much different from the usual trading

The app works well but the customer service is horribly slow, expect to wait for at least 30+ days.

This app is not stable for past months it doesn't work so only yesterday it started working for me again I can not rate it, and it use to delay open trade for the past two months i lost the fund in my account, they said to me is the delay of the trade auto copy all the money in my account everything gone.I have already pause the the master trader an hour ago very painful they couldn't refund the money. DELAY OF MASTER TRADER YOU LOST ALL WHATTTTTT

It's terrible experience to use it from top to bottom. Right now I am more then sure that I am gonna change my online broker. App works poorly, have issues very often and support team in best case scenario can cheer you up 😜

Not recommended using this app. I've sent crypto and it already success but the NAGA app don't update it in my NAGA wallet. And the live chat is not helping at all. This is completely a scam. Imagine it happens to you.

Rubish worst trading app i ever used don't used it lots of problems especially when the markets moves fast.

Would be good if we could set our own home screen. I rarely use the feed which it always opens to. The totals page does not tally up after closing a trade. The margin and equity remains the same. I have to close the app and clear it from memory to update it. Apart from these items it works fine and does what it is supposed to.

The app is very slow ofter freeze when I tried closed down trade what made me loose money. Autocopy function is scam. Automatic bots are opening trades both short and long in the same time. Only the winning trades are closed down but the loosing trades are staying open forever. This way statistics shows 100% winning rate. People are loosing massive amounts of money on this scam. Account are literally wiping out. There is massive problem with withdrawal any money it took weeks to receive money

Would be great if it worked, but it doesn't. I haven't been able to do anything from the app apart of viewing charts and opening a trade. I can't adjust 'stoploss' or 'take profit' because it doesn't save the changes and on top of that I can't even close the trade (THAT'S SO BAD!!!! It can result in a MASSIVE loss if neither the stoploss or close trade options are enabled). Hope you get it fixed, because it would be very usefull.

The app offers a variety of great tools, but it's very unstable. Access to my account isn't possible on many occasions, need to manually kill the session, force stop to restart it. Doing it multiple times per day is annoying. At times the app won't update the numbers on my trades and shows numbers from previous sessions. Or it just shows zeros everywhere. I've lost control of transactions due to inability to log in, which shouldn't have happened. Auto-copy needs more tools and limitations too.

Poor is an understatement when it comes to trying to get money out of the account You can still make a deposit with a debit or credit card , However you cannot make a withdrawal to the same cards , this is no longer an option, you have te email support to get money out this way. I've only come to try make one withdrawal & its fast becoming a nightmare The app itself is fine and runs well,

A very nice app with a few unique features. The copy feature is very helpful for new traders and makes the whole world simpler. Accurate curses, neat interface and quick to get accustomed to. There are a few minor bugs, which are only visually most of the times and don't impact the usability of the app too much. If they get fixed, I would rate the NAGA Trader 5 Stars easily

Wanted to start trading and liked the concept of naga even during the ico which actually resulted losing 96% of my investment since it was a dollar a coin and it is at 4 penny now but now I felt like I wanna give them another chance but the app doesn't even open anything but a blank white page.I have downloaded the latest version twice to make sure its not an installation problem. NAGA guys had a great start and during the ico they made a lot of money.. can't really see you investing it smartly.

Complaint going into the regulator Cyprus CYSEC shortly. They will make a lot of money from giving the whole UK market very short notice to close their swing trades at a consumer loss. They then made it hard to withdraw what you have left as if any of your credit cards have changed (replaced etc you need a letter from your bank which won't be available before they shut down) so you won't be able to get your money back. I'll enjoy paying for their Xmas party. 😠 App full of bugs, don't use.

Worst trading app ever!!!!. Everything is slow and charts are not loading at all even my account balance or equity is not correct

The app in general is a good experience..there are alot of features that need to be improved, like the charts..they are a little bit slow and have no pointer or any other analysis tool In the auto copy section...when you enter to a n account to see the stats..you cant see the unit size..you can only see the amount invested..that doesn't help because of the leverage variance between the investors It's good..but it can be alot better

More demo account should be allowed for better trading practices. This will enhance better trading.

Seriously easy to put money into. Stressful to get it out with surcharge of 5.00. Haven't been able to trade properly because i only get calls to add money to my account. Still waiting for that call back. Potential to be a good app. Reconsider the amount charged for small withdrawals. Its ridiculous. Lots of lagging and auto trading is very complicated. Dont be fooled. Only use if ypu can afford to take full loses.

Overall a decent app but the interface is slow so when you're closing a trade it has a log and the trade figure changes especially if the trade is fluctuating, this issue is still on going and at times you're P&L shows -4000 and you don't even have trades open and you can't even withdraw anything, this has been reason with Naga and all they say is reinstall the app even though the same thing happens on the website. And when you try to withdraw it's like they want to take you to hell and back

Whilst navigating menus the app freezes when pressing back key. Trade details doesn't show, keeps loading forever. Clunky Ui when choosing trades. Also could have fingerprint support. Besides that, actually very good application. I'm hoping to see the updates

A buggy platform with a fraudulent policy. They are changing the terms overnight, introducing new fees for withdrawals, without notifications. And they are practicing false advertising by promoting No Deposits/Withdrawal fees. Also they are not paying their affiliates and partners. It is another 'we scam as much as we can' trading platform. Beware of this Company!

Won't close a position!!!!!!!!!! Whilst trialing the promising app I attempted to close a losing position. 2 hours now and money is burning away whilst the app says 'loading' and 'too much traffic' after pressing 'close position' button. I am stuck losing money. An extremely concerning bug. I'll be investing my money using other apps. This is a very costly bug!!!!! Waiting for support whilst I lose more money!

Ok overall, but very very laggy at times. Sometimes won't load info of trades so can be very risky when trying to manually close trades without a set Take profit. Can be very frustrating. I suspect servers cannot handle high traffic demand, but for trading app this can be very dangerous
