Seemed to be finally working, until the latest update which doesn't seem to allow any modification to trades. Open orders are incredibly delayed and is super dissapointing when markets are moving fast.
Please add Forex rates or at least simple currency rates. // Please add the possibility to move and resize the items in the 'heatmaps'.
Absolute rubbish registration. Username and password activition requires one to be a rocket scientist to activate. Used the login ID and password sent to me, invalid password and blocked on third attempt, now I have to phone. Lost an hour of my life just trying to activate my profile in vain. So not user friendly.
The app is currently crashing on my Android phone. Normally it's quite useful. The only annoying thing is that different pages are showing different values for shares. But after some time one learns to interpret them and to find out what are the real values.
Wants a Quiz to Trade Options, doesn't show the keyboard to enter values... so one main feature is not usable. Else quite usable.
Terrible app. Not intuitive at all. After 30min I still dont understand how to make simple actions, e.g. bank transfers.
User interface and basic portfolio level analytics is lacking. There could be information about each stock holding relative to the entire asset holding. The graph showing cash vs equities over time is a good start but much more is needed. This information should be available in real time not in a once a year report.
Swissquote might be alright if you insist on a Swiss broker and have a simple portfolio of ETFs and a few Swiss shares. It's expensive and limited compared to the better online brokers. The fixation with telephone and paper forms drives me crazy; the app doesn't even offer the possibility to read messages from support. The online experience seems to have hardly evolved in the 10+ years that I've had an account. For those reasons, I'm switching 100% to IBKR and dumping this dodo.
generally confusing and complicated. too much going on in the screen to figure out what info you need and where to get it. also assets keeps disappearing from screen when showing logged in. have to logout and then login again. and then it forgets the fingerprint detail. really!
Confirming fixed. App now functioning fine, thanks. See update below for fix. Confirming latest reviews: latest update is broken. App crashing and won't open. Completely unusable. ( Samsung galaxy A30). Going to uninstall and reinstall to see if that fixes it. Update: uninstall and reinstall with full login details is needed. This FIXED it. Would be nice if the Devs mentioned this was needed - it would save a lot of stress. Update- ongoing service and connection issues 2021
As a 'basic' app it is OK, but response times and loading times can be v-e-r-y s-l-o-w and measured in minutes and not seconds. Several other platforms offer much better responsiveness & functionality - Conclusion: it needs a serious upgrade....
Just moved my account from Internaxx after acquisition. Swissquote is much worse than Internaxx. Absolutely terrible app and web site is not much better. App (unlike any ever!) does not even provide basic Settings menu and it shows all my assets in Eur although they are UK based and you cant change that! Terrible app and web site very very User Unfriendly. will be looking to close my account and move
Four weeks ago, this app stopped working on my Pixel 3a. I've spoken to customer service already more than 5 times. They promised to fix the problem in "tomorow's update", but weeks later, the issue still persists - despite app upgrades. Their helpdesk promised to get back to me multiple times, with nobody then reaching out. I'm a paying customer of over 10 years and have had no mobile access to my accounts for 4 weeks. I would no longer recommend Swissquote and look into alternatives instead.
Can't do stop loss anymore or change the date from End of Day to End of Week or a specified date. I used to be able to but not since I upgraded my phone to Samsung S8. My app is up to date so don't know what the issue is
App would be ok (3-4 stars) but the biometrical login window is bugged on MIUI so that a white bar is showing unrimovable an i cant log in. the only way out is to completly reboot my phone.. pretty annoying! Update: Bug seems to be fixes. Thank you guys!
After login, keeps looping back to the login page, forcing to enter credentials again and again. Very bad! Only when you tap around, sometime you find a combination of taps, that keeps you in...
There is a major bug on the App...the Personal Watchlist of Bonds or Shares gets deleted instantly when you slide left on one of the items on the list by mistake...the entire curated list vanishes instantly without confirmation...please FIX this asap as it is a major loss of time to loose your Watchlist curated over months...
Great App with all functions you need when you are not at your Computer. Cryptocurrencies are handled bad in the App. Latest update with the new green and red colors are horrible, pleas chabge it again Swissquote. For the rest you are doing great.
Unable to use the online ID verification either on my phone or on the computer with webcam. In both cases, their app did not recognise the camera for one of the steps (didn't recognise the rear camera on the phone app for the ID, didn't recognise the camera for the selfie on the desktop app, and on the video verification they said the frontcam was too blurry but had no way to switch to the rear cam). Didn't have this problem when opening accounts with other banks using online ID verification.
[Dec 2018] Login doesn't work on mobile app. No error message. This happened once but obviously indicates there is a bigger problem somewhere. [Feb 2019] After login/start on mobile app, I always get the "Favorites" screen. I have no favorites and can't change the start screen to my Account. A small detail that indicates none of the developers actually use the app on a daily basis. On desktop browser app, reloading the page: "An error occurred while trying to generate the L3 authentication. Please try again later." The page URL I am being redirected to can't be reloaded and always produces this error message. This is not how HTTP GET works. On desktop browser app, change password screen: "Permissible characters are 'a' to 'z' (case-sensitive) and '0' to '9'." Seriously? Why would a hash function care what characters my password has? You are only using this input with a hash function, right? Right?! Instead of your proprietary "Level3" 2FA implementation, when will you support standard RFC 6238 so customers will not have to use your mobile app?
Basic functions work most of the time, but not at all intuitive. Design is outdated. Management of crypto currencies leaves much to be desired.
Ugly and not easy to use. The Internaxx mobile App was far superior as was their desktop so this has gone backwards as a replacement. Very expensive trades too compared to other sites. Very disappointing.
Very easy to use, but assets information could've been more detailed
With a recent update..the UI only shows the assets in a grid..and no more in 'cards' like before... on phones screens the grid is a bad UX..you don't have all informations at a glance and you need to scroll right to see important info like price changes and %.. Can you revert to previous UI? Also the back functionality in Android doesn't work properly...it seems you create an activity each time there is an action on tap and by pressing back you return to the previous action each time...
