Though there are many interesting things in Swit, on top of that, I thought the right panel was just another thing showing the same thing in a smaller screen. But it, truly, is the game changer. Not only does it allow you to have a dual screen for multitasking, it allows you to share a task with your chat members and a lot more! I think it should be called multi-multitasking. The right panel in Swit, I think, really changed the game for me!
I came across Swit while looking for an app that can use task management and chat at once. In particular, the task collaboration function is very convenient for our team to understand the task transparently and has high visibility, which has greatly increased the productivity of the team's collaboration. When inquiring about the product, the customer response team was also very kind and quick, so I could adapt more easily. It has become an indispensable tool for our team.
A really helpful app for collaborating and sharing tasks! Although I think it'd be nice if it had a "(user) is typing" feature? To show if anyone's typing at the moment. Because my team and I often got into discussion and thinks one left a conversation because of how long the typing took them, but no one knows they're typing! I think adding that feature could improve the chat room feature, other than that, it's a really easy and convenient app/site! I'd recommend this for your group projects!
Swit is user friendly and good for team collaboration, especially for those who are in the remote working situation. Updates on events, schedule, meetings, and chats under just One App. My email used to get quickly filled up with the change notifications, but now I have one clear channel to receive the updates about messages and things to do. Thanks, Team Swit!
My team used to use ClickUp, but it required us to study it too much. It is easy to use and learn. It is the task centric collaboration solution with team chat functions. This being said, Swit can pretty much do what your team needs for collaboration. It has critical essential elements for team work. Now my team can't work without Swit in this remote environment. I like it.
I started using Swit because one of my friends introduced it to me. First I used it, and then I introduce it to other teams. Not only the developers, but also the sales and management teams like Swit for its usability. It's easy, simple, and intuitive, but it has all the features we need. I look forward to the future development of Swit!
Swit has the flexibility to perform dozens of tasks in sophisticated ways. Swit is truly the one-size-fits-all project management solution. This being said, Swit can pretty much do whatever you need it to. I can forget all that other noise thanks to Swit.
I like how Swit is super easy to use. I didn't have to 'study' how it works, for I could get used to the key features like chat and task at a glance. Our team has been using Swit during this remote working period, and the adoption team didn't have to struggle to teach other team members Swit. And most of all, I like its UI/UX design, also. Hope that more teams use Swit for their collaboration.
When I first tried to use Swit, it was really nice that Swit crew helped me migrate data from Slack at once. I was impressed that they actively help to move private channel contents and direct messages data also. There was no reason not to use Swit because it has Chat function as well as Task management function in one app. After using Swit, I feel that the productivity of our entire team has increased significantly.
I work in Finance and you can imagine that tech stuff doesn't excite me as much as it does my nerd friend. Even still, I knew that he makes only good suggestions, so I gave Swit a try. I signed up as a way to organize my own to-do lists and it was good. There are features that really shine through when more people use it. Now I'm like an ambassador of this tool--I use it to organize my family gatherings/birthdays or to communicate with my team members for my side-hustle. Truly amazing!
At the beginning of the pandemic, I really thought that collaborative work would be near impossible. Especially with group meetings, the energy that came from everyone being in a room together just seemed lost. However, six months into quarantine, I've realized how easy technology has made it for us to collaborate. Along with these amazing tips, I've found that Swit has been amazing tool to collaborate on projects. Thanks, Swit!
We’ve been using Swit for 4 months now, and there is really no way going back. We are well habited in Swit, and love how they are so quick with their customer success correspondence. Also, they released a lot of features within the past 4 months that we are excited for future ones coming as well. I’m looking forward to their future.
I've been so disppointed with many apps that claim to be all in one. They don't replace any coutner parts, but WHAT DID YOU DO?? Your marketing team should use this copy! Swit is the super baby born between Slack and Trello! I'm especially enjoying chat and task functions all available on mobile. Thanks developers!
It is a good combination of Trello and Slack. However, I suggest you add a mind mapping option to it as well so that we can use the same tool for all our activities. Please, also offer an option to use it offline just as Trello does. Besides, you can also trying adding markdown editing as in Trello.
Swit offers a great customer service network to their customers through “Swit Community”. Unlike almost all the other companies out there that use automated responses, Swit provides real people support for all their customers. This enhanced level of support helps me to access what I need in timely ways.
Swit deserves to be known. It is a hub to collaborate with your team or colleague, as you can have internal communication and task manager in one place. You can turn into task card from chat, and share task card into chat. It is so easy as you can create task card form email or by the chat. And I like the design, too. You can have fluid conversations between all employees by Swit.
Keeps crashing everytime i try to respond to a message. Please fix the bug asap. Work is being affected.....
Organize and collaborate in an intuitive and practical way. Works for me!

I use Swit well when doing team research at school with my friends. Thanks to the Swit Education Plan, we can chat comfortably when working as a team, while also effectively completing projects that need to be done together. The performance and stability of the app increase so there is no problem when checking tasks and to-dos while on the go. It's really helpful.
