Worst app ever, even you can't check all of your in and out, bad customer service team bas experience, no reply from any side I think I have to throw your card and find a better one. Your website shows error when you check your card holder to see your account

Password change. Trying to change the password after the old one is expired but the app refuses to accept the new one although i put 1 capital letter and one number trying for a week but it didn't work
not morking , after update can´t log in
App is terrible and customer service is horrible I called them and after 1 hr of not answering the call someone opened the phone and didn't speak at all and i was hearing Fifa video game in the back! Hahaha I'll never forget what happened that day
bad app. When I login it says download the last version of this app. It is actually the last version that I have and there is no update in google play.

It is horrible especially the support.. i Allreddy sent an email to them to supply me the transaction history since 7 days ago but no one reply.. despite i chatted them via Facebook messenger and i told them i can't call you because i am out of Iraq but they didn't pay to attention.. such a bad support!!
Very bad and very buggy , not to bash it but Such company with such big amount of users should not have an app like this It has to be improved immediately ... Since there are a lot of people using it for financial reasons ... Which is usually very critical
My account is working just fine on the website and I can login easily with my username and password put when using this app it keep tell me wrong password!!! 😡

This Card doesn't work with most websites and banks , don't buy it , its waste of money And the app is awful .. البطاقة ماتشتغل على كل المواقع تقريبا بس كم موقع محدد البرنامج فاشل لدرجة كبيرة نصيحة لحد يتورط ويشتريها

Very bad service ... Hidden fees that happens without any transactions .. you can only put the card info into a site and they will cut 1$ everytime you fill in without any transactions occuring This is a scam and predatory practice DO NOT USE IT The Prepaid Visa cards they use was so bad that when i tried to put it in the app it showed as BLOCKED CARD They had my old Card balance Zeroed for no reason or notification Now the new update cannot let me get into my account which still have balance.
