This app wastes a lot of data while loading just the logo screen and then you watch a video ad for 30 seconds to earn 2 points... Thats unfair. Cut 🎬. Data doesn't grow on trees. Not to mention my 30 seconds.. 20c per video felt just great.. bring it back.
Terrible experience with the app. Been trying to purchase airtime for 2 days now. Keeps on saying error. Contacted support so many times and nobody replies. Very unpleasant and dissapointed. So I rated the app one star for very bad service.
I am truly disappointed in this app☹️after making so much efforts to be able to download it (I had to update my play Store 4times externally) before being able to download it and now that I have it I regret ☹️ I spent the whole day yesterday to earn points it keeps on saying success but my balance is 0points and by the way referral codes also don't work and I think this is only happening on the latest update of this app I don't know but truly am very disappointed and hope you'll fix this.
This app is the worst since they started bugging it out, If you're reading this dont download it because it will only finish your data for nothing in return " I just earned 2440 points and I redeemed R20 airtime wich costs 2000 points , then it tells me that I dont have enough points and when I go back to check my wallet the points are now 440 and I didnt get anything for the 2000 points I worked for" The worst app on my case doesnt even deserve a rating, they should fix this nonsense 🤬🤬😡
My experience with this app,is very bad😑💔 Isn't we have to watch ads, play games and answer survey,than we get rewarded?but my wallet has been empty since i started playing games and watching ads, after watching an ad i have received a notification saying that I'm rewarded, but whn i checked my wallet it was still on its constant amount which is 0(ZERO)!!!!!! I don't know why my rewards don't appear on my wallet.the worse prt is dat i'm usng data to play,and it's finshed...do something ASAP.
Sox team you made a great app and it also helps us a lot with with airtime and data.the only problem of the app is that sometimes is hard to earn points in the app you do a survey and you don't get points,you do a task you don't get anything we are not using WiFi to view those ads and videos.we are using data please fix this issue immediately.if these problem became solved i would give it 10000 stars if i could.THANK YOU FOR READING.....NB:FIX THIS.BY DOLCE & BAGGAGE BRAND GUY
The app is good, it only needs patience but it is very challenging to make a lot of points and i guess that's the interesting part bout it. Convincing people to use your refferal code😅.. damn.. but im glad that builds something in me..
I have a problem regarding the points i obtained during the course of the game, i had 1315 points i tried to purchase cell c R10 airtime which costs 1000 points, and boom it says i do not have enough points to make a purchase, i am now left with 315 points, i would like to know how the hell my 1000 points dissapeared whilst the purchase wasn't successful !!!
When i start to buy airtime it fails but they took my poits and i never got an sms nor notification you have to fix cause now am pointless...if you fix you'll get the remaining 2 stars you'll go for 3 until you the way we earn points...lot of data for less points if you fix that prob you'll go for 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The app was one of the best untill 5 days ago. Now they want to exploit users into making money while they expect you to watch and swipe ads for 2 points and 1 points. This app is completely rubbish now you loose more data than you make their stupid airtime. If you dont believe me download and see for yourself complete rubbish
The app has a history page bit the history page doesn't show the airtime voucher pin and the app has stopped showing airtime code when redeeming, it actually deserves a zero star until the fix this problem
The app says error when I try to get airtime you've done a bad job updating this app the old one was better I hope you can fix this fast before you lose more people
I downloaded the app a few hours ago but my points are stuck on 400. I've been playing the games, watching videos and sharing the app but my points are stuck on 400 still. The app is slow to.
I can't redeem my points, always saying error/ repeating the "process of put the Pin before you redeem" but my wallet decrease & yet I get nothing in return... I can't even watch videos... Please fix this App & on history we need to see the vouchers codes we have redeemed.
Very poor, can't even login. I keep earning points but they are not added to my wallet 🤔 and there should be a log out button.
I'm rating this app 2 stars because it was good at the start but now it's downgrade watch ad from 20 points to 2 points this is insane our data are getting used up here for nothing I don't like the new update👎

This app is quite good but wen I claim my airtime they tell me to enter pin again n I sometimes get my voucher and mostly not get them ... the old app was just going fine ... this one is even too slow

Absolutely Useless installed it got 500 points but when i buy something for 500 points it says Error all the time, this just wasted my data.
Seems like a great app, heard nice things abt it but since i started using it..i haven't been able to redeem. Also after almost a week of using it "something went wrong" i got an error message...kept reloading but no change. Ended up deleting it, now I'm installing for the second time hoping it goes differently coz it's a nice concept and all. We should be able to report errors or get help.
