Updated my review to 3 star for prompt reply to concerns. Sunday screen mirroring is a sign of relief. The app is very good in interface and other things. But all the good things in the app comes to nothing without proper Android TV support. Because live TV based on a subscription plan cannot be utilised best if TV support is not there. There's a limit to watching paid live TV on an Android phone. Will update the review to 5 star once Android TV update is provided.

Suddenly app stopped working this afternoon and I get error message "exceeded number of devices connected". I could not log in despite many attempts. I see no contact detail available to complain. How can I get this resolved quickly. I am unable to watch important match now.

So this is an entertainment app which doesnt have 1. Chromecast Support 2. No Smart TV app for LG or Samsung 3. No Android TV app 4. On phone no wide angle to view, runs only in small black box Only thing supported to watch on big screen is miracast that is choppiest way to watch something like sports on TVs. Atlease provide Android TV app/chromecast so that we can watch on big screen.

Too much buffering, if u have data plan it will eat all the data, if u don't have data plan so too much buffering. U can say only buffering nothing else. Customer support also do not answer or rectify the issue. I am unable to use WiFi as I use data only.

App crashes as I try to open channels. Do not download, I have sent email also with all the details but 0 response. Worst app and worst customer support ever.

Updated my Rating to 3 stars.Your Channels Quality is Excellent. Once you introduce an app for android box or website for laptop which supports switch tv channels, I will give you 5 Stars. The problem with screen mirroring is that Content Quality and FPS is very different compared to Mobile viewing. We users are not getting full satisfaction when we screen mirror it to the Tv. Thank You.

No support to cast. Requires login on every app open. Faq and Help section shows nothing. No application for smart TV and there is no website. Video quality is good, but of no use until the support for casting is added.

What is 'miracast". Is it an app a dongle ?what brand? . Where will i get it. Which store. I have purchased xiaomi mi box s, it has chromecast. But switch tv doesn't work.Im living in a hotel they dont have paid channels installed. Its an ordeal trying to find the right product to watch switch tv on a large screen. Iv tried variety of apps for screen mirroring- none work

I like switch, but you're too expensive. Put up a cheaper yearly and monthly plan. Not able to afford this rates for smart tv.

Amazing app for all kind of movies and series. The movie rental option, free live TV channels and catch up TV makes it unique. I am in love with the kids movie collection and definitely recommend it to you if you love animated movies or have kids at home.

The live quality is amazing, just dnt understand why we need to pay when there are ads anyway. The reason to give 3 star is i subscribed daily offer of criclife then cancelled it, its showing no active subscriptions in my account but daily i am receiving a charge and on my etisalat account. There is no online help on this in the app. So customer service is way worst.

I tried a monthly subscription and paid 7.99. Unfortunately on the Switch app, it displays error after making payment. The app is also not showing any subscription and I had lost my money too.

Great selection of movies to rent and weekly FREE titles available. The subscription packages offer very wide selection of content across many genres. Stsrzplay addition is 👍. All my content in one place.

I don't get the over pricing, 2 movie rental for 48 hours is just the same price of netflix monthly? And to think that it can't cast to a bigger screen. I really dont think that this will work for me. Gonna remove this from my phone and surely not recommending this.

Amazing app, I like it too much, just if you can make it working on my Android TV platform, would be super exciting & I will take the full year Membership immediately.

The application is nice. The only drawback is that there is no casting option. This is the first time I'm seeing casting option NOT AVAILABLE in a streaming application!!! Please try to include it for better user experience.

Pathetic and worst app. Subscribed to AED 99 package for T20 world cup 2021, not able to see watch/play button for the paid channel CRIICLIFE MAX (channel no. 48). Already signed out, signed in again, reinstalled app. And the sad part is, Etisalat customer support is not able to help. Total waste of money.

Worst possible service. The live cricket telecast does not work as it keeps stopping after every 10 seconds. I have paid aed150 and they have defrauded me.

Received so many messages from Etisalat promoting the app. It works well on the phone but cannot connect with my smart TV. Etisalat says we can mirror our phone with the TV but still not working. Not recommended... 👎👎👎

My phone supports Chromecast and I usually stream videos on TV via the Chromecast device. App is unfortunately not useful if only supports Miracast which I read is outdated for Android now. Is Chromecast an option soon?

One of the worst application that I have ever seen, you can not login, everytime I login its showing wrong email, but at forgot password the email is right.

SCAM ALERT! Misleading... Nobody cares for ur free channels. Those channels are on youtube anyways. Don't fall for it. Not even close to Netflix. I deleted it once I realized how misleading with FREE it was. Etisalat you ripped me off quite a few times. Not falling for it again. Get a life!

I can't believe this is an app from Etisalat. After installing, the app doesn't load. Tried multiple reinstall and restart, still same.

I feel this application is only good on smartphone only, you can not install this application on any smart tv, it's very expensive comparing to Netflix, uninstalling.

No video playback after selecting the channels. And number of premium channels is extremely low for the price charged.

There is no support for chromecast till now, no streaming on webpage and not available for smart TV's and media players, I don't like to watch on tiny mobile screens, why should I subscribe for your packages?

App doesnt open Error occured while retrieving service information. Tried reloading the app on several devices. Poor quality but advertising non stop on youtube.

Question - Why is your app asking for access to Photos, Media and Files before granting access?? For a streaming service i don't understand the need for you'll to access these details on my phone... It would be great to hear from you on this.

So I downloaded the app, paid for a movie and tried to casting to my smart tv..... an error message popped up "you are not allowed to project to a monitor".. like seriously? Do u expect me to pay for movie and watch on my mobile???? Although the app says it works fine on Samsung smart TVs.. fake.

the app is nice. works perfect on android phone. sadly there is no google TV box version yet. DU has released their TV app already. can etisalat also release ASAP.
