This app is different from the last one for am sure you've change this app. The other app used to give every single episode of nazar but this it gives maybe 2 episodes per two weeks. It makes me feel bad. Please update the latest episodes on the app and I'll be grateful. Sometimes when watching, the video disappears and left listening to audio. Please return the other app. I'll be glad. Thank you

The worst app ever keeps on hanging programmes are never updated on time and there's no feedback anyone receives when you're contacted. This has to be the most incompetent TV app ever and the worst. If you can't handle an app just do away with it. Waste of space in my phone and it doesn't even help.

The app is not updated when it comes to shows.....why else should someone have the app and they cannot watch missed shows for the day.....please check on that....since wednesday last week i'm still seeing vj one on chatspot and nasenya on switchboard....my connection is strong so its not an excuse since i have been refreshing everyday. SERIOUSLY??!

Apparently, there is no signal on TV for the past one week of your station. Only weekends. Is it because it's Signet? Now I had to download the app to watch the show, it ain't connecting. It's sloooooooooooooow. Really slow 😑😑😒. You guys should improve

It's only that there is no zero star that you got one star. This app is extremely slow and buffers even on the strongest and fastest network. Boring all the way. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. It's a waste of time. NONSENSICAL!!!

The app started off well but now it never updates past episodes, nazar has bad sound effects, it keeps on buffering even with strong wifi...really disappointed. And please don't tell me to update it cause i already did.

Well.. the app is good, quality video. the reason l downloaded was to watch, 'TILL THE END OF TIME' Now the only problem with it is bundles, it can consume 1GB (1000MBS) of bundles streaming a 45 minute program on my smart phone. This is more expensive than even Youtube, coz on youtube with 1GB, l can watch many videos. If you do the math, 1GB Safaricom data costs ksh 100 with expiry of 24 hours. Program runs for 3 days. So I spend ksh 100 each day watching my favorite program. Is this fair?

This app is not working and it does not open but neither does it shows something its diffrent from the other app why did you guys change the app you are making us to hate switch tv yet we loved it the most

No sound playing on live tv,its really awful. Despite having updated the app.😏 it's also taking too long to load. You guys just messed up the app the monent you updated it😟

You people should upload previous episodes on your app you take so long to upload and also I wonder why I can't even watch live programs and I have a strong network this message is always displayed when I try to watch live "this video has not been made available on your device by the owner" this problem actually started last year on 20th improve your services app please

Hello switch team, The app is good but wish there was a download option so that I can watch the episodes when offline.Please consider that, mostly for betrayal And then wish you can also be uploading one episode ahead of what will air on the television please. Those two are my major concerns

Some of us cant keep up with the our favourite programs time because of our work and hence prefer to catch up with the episodes later on the app na sasa kila siku tukiambiwa hivo si tutasema byee to switch tv for good? Bt seriously fix the app and update the episodes soon enough, even those za kitambo when we didnt know switch tv exists, we wanna watch them

It's a good app, helps in catching up on what one missed out on. The usability features are incredible too.

You have the best shows i must admit but the app isn't doing us any justice. I mean is it so hard to update episodes how they should be? I love your programmes but this app is making me feel otherwise, you dont update on time, when contacted you dont respond... What are you really doing if you have already abandoned the app, you might as well get rid of it all together

The shows disappear very fast so if you don't watch for sometime you won't be upto date!! ie the episodes are not saved in the app

You deserve 0 star. This is the most useless app I've ever seen. Signet channels are a pain in the neck. No signal always. I can't watch my favourite programme betrayal on switch tv and your website is also not working. How do you expect me to be a loyal viewer?? 🚮🚮

It's the worst app ever.it keeps hanging shows even you can't watch live programs I thought it was my network but i found it so stubborn even when am having enough data Its has great shows but the hanging make it useless

It's was good at first but the videos lost all the volume/sound indefinitely ...otherwise if you can return the sound then it's the best app

I've noticed for the past few weeks the app isn't showing past episodes of nazar it's frustrating .fix the problem because upto date it is still blank😠😠

Deserves a 1 star rate coz the app nowadays is a total messy. Taking long to load, going even an hour....thinking of uninstalling it coz if you misses almost full episodes is there any need of continuing depending on this app?

Just a pick to have this comment delivered. You guys have relaxed...if you cant offer solutions, disable this app. Its frustrating when you cant catch up on a missed program. Your app is no longer helpful.

Kindly fix your app..it says video failed anytime one clicks on a certain show even when one has a good internet connection and also update on the shows

I love this app. You can what happening on switch live, and also you can watch the previous movies, programm.

Its useless to have this app dont waste your time downloading ,cant play previous shows and trying to watch it live it is very very slow ..dont even dare say my net is weak coz when i switch to youtube it loads just fine..dissapointed

You guys are so slow in updating shows. Like apparently, the nazar weekend episodes aren't up yet and its already several days past . This speed or lack thereof may beat the purpose of the app

The best app ever am enjoying it so much and it so fast thanks for the app switch for good💞💞💞...but please try your best to be uploading Nazar episodes on time for example am still waiting for episode 68.
