To use Switchr, just swipe in from the edge, make your selection and let go! Switchr has three different styles (Flow, Slide, and Arc), each with it's own unique way of displaying your chosen recent/running/favorite apps. With live switching, you can switch between apps in real time as you swipe! Switchr can even replace your default search action, allowing you to switch between apps using the search key or by swiping up from the navigation bar. You can also pin your favorite apps and rearrange the order to your liking.

This app is not at all what it says. It talks about switching between RUNNING apps, but actually shows RECENT apps. Big difference!
Installed on new material 10 pro and does not work. Last forum post is may 2017 when it is not working

I was using this app since I'd my galaxy s2. But not able to use on my new s8. Please bring it back for all. Can't afford not to have this app on my phone. Miss Switchr a lot.

I loved switcher for quite a while and was quite happy when I learned there was an update for it. But unfortunately the triggers don't work at all, so unable to test the new version.
Great app but stopped working after update to Android 8.0 on Samsung A5 2017.
Kept having the same error message saying that the app stopped working. I've opened this app thousands of times and still have the same error message. Please please Please fix this I need an app like this and this is the closest thing I found

FC on Android 9. Installing the Switchr v4.0 apk on Android 9 is laggy but at least it works. Dev, why put out an app and not respond to the people people using your app?

The app is crashed on my phone (Google Pixel XL) when I choose way of switch (in the very begining). So, 1* now. Fix it and I'll change my mark.

After update, app asks to get permissions all the time. I can't do anything with it. PLEASE FIX
Nice to see this app getting some attention again; but after this long it's not surprising that it now needs a bit of work. In my case, I used to use use Sliding to quickly switch between 2 apps. But now the first recent app displayed is the one already running in front. For maximum efficiency and quickness, it needs to be the PREVIOUS recent app that displays FIRST. I'm quite certain that this was the default behavior back in the days of KitKat. Also, I could use a bit more clarity on the difference between using live app switching and not.
Keeps crashing when I try to open it (Pixel 2 XL).
Became very unstable lately, plz make it stable in the next update.... 1ly prblm is it force closes if i enable grid option.... Wish u will make it more stable in the next update. . . Another issue, its force closing after opening camera, enabled it in AUTO START MANAGER, but that isn't helping either, using a Asus Zenfone 2 Laser.
All of you with issues just download the previous version. It works fine with the xposed module "unrestrictedgettasks". Tested up to android 7.1.2 without any issues.
