The app is freezing, after the newest update I can no longer access my account. Every time I try to log in and use the correct username and password it brings me back to the enter password screen.
I get aggravated when I Can't log into my account. I put in all the right info. It still says it's incorrect username or password
This app always deny my log in. Password and i.d. is correct. Can yall call I.T. to fix this problem. It is very annoying and inconvenient.
Getting really tired of not being able to log into accounts 🤬. This is the third time in 6 months. Fixing to change banks if this continues.
Can not use mobile deposit. Has been pending for use over a year now
App will not open since Friday 8/27/21. If there is a breach then we have yet to hear about it as customers and this is very concerning considering they handle people's means of living.
Please fix issues with mobile app.

Unable to log in with my password since the latest upgrade. Please help/advise.
When you enter your password it tells you session has expired retry.. this is getting old people. The app use to be qlgreat and now it socks royally. When we go to the computer to try and sign in to look it asked for things we have never been asked. Then it it says questions or email but when you check email it never sends a pass code to you.. yall need to fix this cause this is getting old and a lot of people are gonna start going elsewhere if this continues. Right now I am locked out of my account.
It used to work well. It has performed horribly since the last update. Please, please fix this garbage app.
It's okay until it doesn't want to work...saying session expired;I constantly have to delete the app and redownload it again
I can't log in and see my account because of the session expired pop up, just going to delete the app.
I'm really tired of seeing session expired. When I need to take care of business, I'm just thinking about moving banks all together.
I like the app. The only negative thing I have to say is that I used to be able to pay bills through the app and now it won't let me.

I tried using my member number and it asks me what's the name of my oldest nephew and where did I get married, but I don't have any nephews and im not married
Every time I try to log in it says session expired. And my member number is correct and password is correct cause it works on the website

We cant use this app.It keep saying session expired,and we never logged in
I called and got someone to help me set it up they were very helpful and got it in less than 10 minutes
It is usually a great app! Recently, however, i cannot log in. Says incorrect username or password but I can log into the website with the same credentials. I thought it needed an update but one is not available so I'm not sure whats going on. ETA : login trouble is CONSTANT now.
