Never had an issue with the app until I upgraded to the Samsung S22 Ultra. I'm currently unable you use the app at any capacity, upon launching the app it will only display the SWOFCU logo and then it freezes. I'm sure it just a compatibility issue with the new OS on the phone, it's frustrating none the less.
App sucks doesn't work any more unless you have an 8
Very straightforward and easy to use however it crashed two times while uploading a check. Third time is a charm I guess
My app just stopped working I have reinstalled the app but still not working. I have been to bank but could not help me. What can I do.
I am old and not computer wise. But with a little guidance from swofcu ladies i use this app all the time. Thank you. It has made my life easier.
Does it! App will do what I want it to do when I want it to do it. No significant complaint. It has been working without a glitch or down time. It is working great.
since the changes I can no longer sign in with my fingerprints and have tried to fix it to no avail... suggestions?

It worked again once I logged on using a web browser. I guess they updated their terms and conditions and I had to agree to that first.
