Nice service. Transparent and fast. Unfortunately some airlines are missing and often direct booking on airlines' websites is cheaper.
I like the price alerts the most. Itis a good feature, because it saves my searches and tells me when prices get better. Intelligent feature - what more do you need.

Why is it not possible to search for multi segment flights? Also on your web site?
Many settings are not available. During search annoying wrong "no Internet cinnection" messages
Finds very low prices, which cannot be booked afterwards. Kinda useless.

You know how get things done. As s former airline reservationist. I have often would how u would always stay ahead of the rest of the airline group..you did it by hard work..my hat goes off to u. All.
How can it be that when swoodoo finds prices from certain websites and you click on them, the websites show much higher prices? not very reliable
