New Updated version is broken. When I receive the job it give 400 to 600 sec. To accept. When I call my driver to check if they can do the job and go back to the app within 30 sec. It shows as EXPIRED. we are losing jobs due to this update. Please fix.
I use this app on a Samsung galaxy s10+ your last update took out my notification sound. Nice job morons. This app is garbage anyway your programmers need to go back to the drawing board.
Worked good at first now you have to put in customer's first & last name or it won't create. Even with good wifi it loses connection quite a bit. You cannot put the year of the vehicle in when you're using your phone to create a call because it will lock you out.
I'll update my rating once the navigation integration is fixed. As it is now the is totally unsafe to use in the industry environment.
Good dispatch software, small bugs to iron out , but overall all good. Admin if you could integrate the calls showing up on the map along side with the trucks/ driver that would be awsome. On lower end phones samsung .A20 the freezing happens, entering an address, or taking on location pics. And drop off pics. Samsung S8+ works great , it seems to depend on the phone, updating the phone software seems to work.
We have multiple people using this app at our company and we don't have a single person who says it works. We constantly get phone calls for jobs but when any one of us go to open the app, it says "network error" or it doesn't open at all. We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also performing the updates and nothing has solved the problem. Can't wait for a fix because its causing a loss in profits.
No more navigation address transfer? That sucks. Now I have to put the address in manually every time
As a provider i wish the SWOOP calls could be the same as the AGERO calls so when we GOA a call we dont have to spend up to 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone when we could do it in two seconds. It would be alot easier on the workers and less time wasted.
It's a good app , however from time to time I get connection lost but my data is good, also it Has difficulty storing vin numbers or pics of vehicles . Also just did a software update on 12/17 and now your app won't connect with phone to make calls via the app.
I download the app and it says log on but doesn't give me the option create an account 😑
Very happy with the app. I really think that a ETA target should be different for people like me out in the middle of nowhere though. On average I drive minimum of 25 miles to vehicle, and they want me to get there in an hour, but if I'm late I don't get called for a week. 25 is not hard to make the ETA. But most of the time I'm traveling 60-75 miles to vehicle and cutting across country on gravel roads and beating my truck to death just to get a missed ETA even if it's by just a couple of min.
It takes forever for the app to open once you receive notifications for a job. The calls keep coming in back to back making it difficult for you to view the job details quickly and accepting or declining the offer. It's very frustrating, please fix this asap. Thanks
App so bad I was forced to get a iPad mini for jobs thru it. Constantly lost jobs because they came thru late or never received at all. In app selections lost their icons and had to figure out how to find them. Updates did nothing to help. Apple app works fine so far.
handy, informative... and DANGEROUS!!! Too much useless information to scroll through to locate job type and client info. cannot be done safely while driving to job site. developers - move job type and client info to TOP of interface, navigation info below that, and the rest below nav. Also allow for setup options (audio alerts, ect)
I have the app on multiple devices and they can be sitting side by side of each other and not all will receive the notification. Just tonight one device alerted 5 hrs after the call came across the other devices. The app is terrible. If I didn't need it to receive dispatches from AGERO I would delete it.
Since I started taking calls, works great, very happy with it. My ONLY complaint, is... need more time in the middle of the night to access and determine if call is acceptable or not before it expires. 30 seconds isn't enough
The last 30 days this app has been horrible freezing up, not launching cant take photos, its awful now. Whatever updating that was done has set this app back 2 steps! It was good before dont know what the resolution will be but hopefully it will be solved soon.
Ive never experienced any issues at all. I'm constantly busy with calls. I get about 10 jobs a day. It slows down around 7:30-8:00 pm. This is a great job. I'm surprised that this app only has a 3 star rating. And I have a android phone.
This app has gone downhill lately. Lagging to open and just flat-out calls disappear from done file. Lately now I lost my pencil on the app so I can not update any information. This is just horrible!!!!!!!!!!
I've been notified by a representative that a lot of my issues have been resolved and that the functionality i want out of the app (push notifications) are available. I'm glad my feedback was heard.
Handy app to have and easy to use. It's nice to have all my customer information available. I like being able to keep my towing status updated so my dispatcher is free for other calls. Have not had any issues with the way this app runs.
Haven't received any jobs due to app GPS malfunction. It always show I'm in one spot I did everything to updating my phone to downloading different Maps and also enabling over write over other apps and I still get the same location. Due to the app not working correctly I was told that I have to do a background check before I can receive any more swoop calls because the dispatch is not working every since I got accepted on the platform I have been having the same issue which you guys knew about.
New update as of June 6th has fixed most of my previously commented bugs. Still sucks it chimes everytime it updates location but most importantly the force closing has stopped. I gelt it neccessary to update review. 5 stars for not pinging everytime the location updates other than that great app.
Delayed notifications. Seems to be only real problem, even with power saving completely turned off and the app is locked so as not to close. Galaxy s20FE.
Easy to access and assign a job to drivers
Press reset password, then it brings up the swoop app to download, what a joke
So the way it should work is it tracks each driver from your company and gives them the job closets to them. But it doesn't do that it goes by the whole company so every driver see all the calls which makes it hard for the driver thats closets to get the call.
Update: Someone reached out to us and helped resolve all issues. This app is horrible. It works correctly 5% of the time. We as a company can not do our job efficiently bc of this crappy app. It closes and won't allow you to open jobs.
Good app freezes sometimes but overall works good. Suggestions add a comment box for the drivers so they can leave comment ts to dispatch and billing departments when they can see if ex tr ra services were performed
Congratulations. Your latest update broke the navigation function. Now whenever I tap on the address in an incoming job offer, it simply opens a webpage with an "apple maps" url and never fully loads, so I can't see where the job even is (and it's usually on a highway, which we are legally required to decline, resulting in a lower provider score. Thanks a lot). It doesn't work in "completed jobs" either; same "apple maps" web garbage that should open GMaps app but doesn't. Good job.
