This SwyftOps caregiver app. is really bad! Using it on my phone sucks part of the time & then it works other times. Its SLOW to connect quite abit.
Honestly for all the hard work I've been doing for Comforcare for 3 years to only get paid $11 per hour and the insurance takes at least 100 per check so I barely have enough to last till next pay check.
I couldn't set up and log in
After a recent update, button's in the corners disappeared, there are now Chinese characters, and the cg sign out cuts off half the screen.
ComForCare is a joke. They paid me $13 for working my butt off and then gave me a wage claim form to fill out for my convenience. They don't even have actual certified CNA's working for them. They are misleading to say the least. No wonder they can't keep help.
Easy to use
Quick and reliable to my need.
I need to edit my tasks portion if my swyftop and change it to say yes that there was an incident. The swyftopp will mot allow me to edit and go back to my current day of work, which was yesterday, 12-06-2021.
With updated, can't log in. Keep uninstalling and installing no better results. Right now I rate it -100
It had an update and I can't sign when I go to clock out and there is a small dot for me to clock in and there's some Chinese symbol
Took the fingerprint off, and phone can't save password.
Freguent trouble and stalls.

Comforcare is the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life they promised if there is an issue that involves you being danger they will take care of it twice there was dangerous issues and then they blamed me. Saying that I didn't turn it in. The clients are consistently complaining about the the inconsistency of the office. And if you work there you better make sure you have your own back because they will throw you under the bus if need be. When there is a problem they will not take any responsib

Was great until the fingerprint stopped working with this updated version. Very frustrating having to type password in all the time. Now when I press the ginerprint button it just prompts for password. Please fix as it is really frustrating!
