apps was not really user friendly, always displaying notifications that its searching for my SXFI Air, whats in this apps does not sync with the other apps for SXFI called SXFI Apps.. Also RGB color is single mode constant, no options to choose rainbow mode.. or single color breathing.. so very limited RGB options..
This is an app that doesn't need to exist since it's just a control panel that could be in another app and even worse, the documentation that's included with my XFi headphones makes no mention of requiring this app. The people at Creative really need to get their act together and simplify the consumer experience if they're going to make any type of comeback in the consumer market.
Lost connection very frequently. Also it does not remember the last light display setting. Every time I need to off the light display after connecting.
Cannot map my SFXI Air no matter what i do on my SOny Xperia or a Samsung, the scan button shown in the help file does not show up so you cannot scan. Yes Camera has been enabled.
I don't understand why the need for another separate app. Should combine the SXFI app with this control app, removing the redundant built-in player. Simple thing made complicated.
Headphones are perfect, and app too. But one problem is that app is still disconnecting the headphones every time I close it.
This app is fundamental for my sfxi theater just need some improvement in performance and better connection between each other, otherwise I'm so happy to have this new headsets are amazing for ps4 and that's perfect for me
i like the app, some suggestion; 1. remove the in built app player. 2. add a way to do a random colour showcase of the RGB ring on my Air. 3. A viewable player on my mobile when playing from SDCard. 4. if permit, have the RGB ring follow the audio spectrum.
Remember to update the firmware of the headphones first on your PC before uploading your own Gen 2 headmapping to the headphone. Once it is working correctly, be prepared to be blown away.
Good and simple experience though would be nice to have more features??

Does what it needs to. I can use the equalizer perfectly and can use all other features with ease. Not sure why many say it is bad, but it was the only thing that allowed me to adjust everything perfectly. Also it pairs well with the SXFI app (the orange icon one) and makes it useful since that really only is used for the photo mapping.
