- Meet Kate Walker” application allows you to discover and make the heroine appear in the world around you for the very first time. Simply print out the marker or bring it up on a screen, and then scan it with the camera on your smartphone or tablet to make Kate Walker appear and to animate her. Take the most original photos you can and share your creation with your friends!The application will be regularly updated with other surprises to help you wait until the release of the eagerly awaited third chapter of the Syberia saga, due to come out in late 2016.

About the Syberia games: Syberia and Syberia 2 are considered as being two of the best adventure games of recent years.Kate Walker, a young New York lawyer, is given the apparently banal task of finalizing the sale of an old automaton factory in France. She could never have imagined that this assignment would lead her into a world straddling fantasy and reality, changing her life forever. Traveling in the company of an automaton named Oscar, they cross Europe together on a most peculiar train, on a journey that will ultimately lead the two heroes to seek out Hans Voralberg: the genius lost in his search of the fabled mammoths of the island of Syberia, and the last key to closing the sale.

Like others, all I get is a blank screen and an attempt to access my camera. Don't even trust this let alone like it. Uninstalled within minutes.
Unlike others I did get past the blank screen, it doesn't do anything though, so still completely pointless.
Why don't you just delete it if you stopped supporting this app.
This is NOT the game. It will be a companion app to the game that is set to release in 2016. It says that right in the description. Yes it wants access to your camera because it needs to scan your computer screen to animate the specific scene on your phone. Please just read the description. Great work guys! Im patiently waiting for the game! Any beta?
This is total crap. Just screws with the camera. Developer should be slapped
Um i love the Game what is this stressful downloading thing.I agree with this other guy on here someone should be slap for this i can't down load it on my phone, ipad ect....on nothing so disappointed.And iam talking about Syberia 3 other's one's were easy to install syberia 1 and 2 easy what this with all this downloading it seems to me a way to steal information if not why so many companies get your act together.....

Stupid, all i get are 404 errors for markers and tutorial, dunno if this is correct, but, it seems you need a second device to scan or some such bs, doesn't appear to be a self contained app. Shame, i loved the original on pc.

Looked like a game and when I hit start it opened my cam, seams very auspicious and creepy..
Blank screen..pressed the start button and it switched to my camera..

It's Interesting idea, i like the innovation and forward thinking here. Cant say i really see the point though, seems a bit gimmicky and roughly implemented. Really really looking forward to the game though. It's been really hard to find solid information on it since the last announcement in late 2015, i hope Benoit hasn't hit another snag. It'd be a real shame if this fell through again. I absolutely fell in love with Kate Walker back in 2002, more so with Syberia 2.
