I am so grateful that l had the opportunity to see films unavailable to our town. When l was technically stuck the fabulous Bigga guided me through the process. Thank you Bigga.
Not formatted correctly for my Note 9. Using Chrome the icons are sitting on other icons. difficult to push like validate flexi pass code.
After a shaky start, the app now works well on my Samsung 9+. The SSF will be, as usual, brilliant.
everything works easily. I just wish the films you have already bought tix for were a different colour to those just on your wishlist
Easy enough to use to bring up already purchased tickets - did not purchase through app.
It's extremely easy to access your tickets and have them scanned.
great app, useful functions and very easy to use.
Can't create an acct, and without an acct can't wishlist. Useless.
What a pleasure to use such an easy clearly thought out app, well done!
a little glitch but otherwise really good
very poor cannot use at all
Changing the password is too clunky
Just updated to latest version on Galaxy S8 Edge running Android 9. Updates still intrusive.
Crashes on old Samsung phone every time I use it. Even with the constant updates flowing through they didn't seem to fix the bugs. Hopefully we get a better version for next year's festival.
It keeps crashing on Android devices
Account login doesn't work.
The app worked well for me and was wasy to navigate
Usability issues are all fixed now. It's great to have tickets readily available on your phone.
It works now. They seem to have fixed most of the issues. It just requires you to update it pretty much every day.
Constant updates are annoying. Especially when it closes down at film start time and half the audience left outside. It would be great to have link to tix from opening page as this is all I use it for. Also schedule by venue would be good.
The layout is not the best but it gets the job done. I am able to get my tickets scanned outside the cinema/theatre through the app and that's all I really need it for.
The app is a convenient way to manage your tickets but constant updates are annoying
To slow we when you are in the queue to get in, and then it closes before you get to the front.
Daily updates, random crashes, incorrect venue details. Why after so many years is this app so flaky? Why the cosmetic changes but clearly lacking testing?
Found this 10/6 - very useful
Can't buy all tickets on it - very frustrating!!
Just terrible. Inadequate. Demands updating at inconvenient times. Totally opposite to intuitive. #fail
I have used SFF apps in the past and they were good. This version is hopeless and frustrating how can an app like this get worse over time??? Fix the bugs people!
how can you release live to the public an app that repeatedly does not open when installed?! clearly no real bench testing done or anything. Just as well the festival is still 4 weeks away for you to make it actually work! I can update to say that it is at least now working, maybe I downloaded it before it was "live'. However you will definitely need to update the search function (magnifying glass) as only shows the 2018 calendar! At least film alpha list & dates now work.
