No matter how many times the app is updated or reinstalled I can never see my class passes or how many classes I have available to use. This means I have no idea of expiries or even how many I can book. Makes things very difficult.

When I get classes added to my account with different expiry dates, the class credits with a longer expiry date used up first. This means the class credits with a closer expiry date are at risk of being forfeited, potentially resulting in loss of classes and wasting money. Even with valid unexpired class credits in my account, I'm still being asked to pay full price when I sign up for classes within the 2 week booking period before expiry date.

Needs option to cancel multiple classes at once, and I can't change my profile pic. App is kinda glitchy and I have to reinstall to fix issues

Needs the option to filter by class instead of instructor and to cancel multiple classes at once.

Great staff and friendly welcoming environment. No locked in contracts and you can invite a friend no questions asked in fact it's highly encouraged.

Can't get my term booked. Have reinstalled a number of times.
