Sydney Swans Official App

Slow to open, player info open doesn't show height and weight and doesn't allow scrolling between players.

Living in regional NSW the App gives me all the details of the game, have been a Swan supporter since their first game in Sydney before then was a keen Rugby League fan, but fell in love with AFL first live game I saw , was a Syd resident until moved to the country in 1997, saw every home game while I lived in Sydney, now 79 yrs old , a pensioner, and the app is my lifeline to the Swans. I miss seeing them live.

Woeful; trying to give the app permissions but there is no button to proceed.

On the whole I love this app but.. for at least 3 years now it periodically goes through periods where it keeps crashing at startup. There is no other app that I use that is as temperamental as this app. Really getting frustrated with it.

The honescreen doesn't work so you need to go to news to see anything, but that was just moved off the lower bar navigation menu. So it's barely useable in its state.

Galaxy Note 9. Have tried to install multiple times over the last month or so. Each time opening it crashes after less than a second repeatedly. Have never managed to open the app at all hence cannot access any of the features.

When I click on App a message appears, " the Sydney swans app has closed"... I've uninstalled and reinstalled over 50 times this past 2 months. Can someone from the club please help !!! Telstra can't fix and say its a developer problem... I've rated low only because of this problem...normally a great App

Previous complaints resolved. App does not end when you exit, it remains running unless you Force Stop it. Google, you need to stop apps being able to do this, or your differentiation between permissions while active and not active are meaningless.

Fixtures do not follow the standard protocol of swans appearing on the left for a home game and on the tight for an away game. This is confusing

Has some useful info and stories for Swans fans. However, it would be nice if the player bios were kept up to date. Some player bios for the 2019 season, were obviously written prior to the 2018 season.

App keeps stopping then crashes, tried to reinstall the app but still getting the same problems and its getting worse.

I can't read news stories in the app because bottom half of screen is occupied by other stuff like 'next story' banner (quarter of screen! get rid of it!), navigation icons and VW banner

Mostly good but sometimes cannot open photo galleries. Would like to see Player numbers & info updated.

great app last year. i installed app again last week but can't open so have uninstalled then installed app a few times still not opening. please fix thank you

The app is great, well laid out and the GUI is easy to navigate. Go swans!

having trouble with the app. unloaded, re installed, now won't open at all. bye bye Swans app.

App keeps crashing. Uninstaller and installed again still crashes. Not happy. 🙁

Very bad app, can't even open it without crashing about 7 times. App developer you had one job ....

Doesn't work at all. Never had this problem with any other app. It is amazingly large also. Useless.

Galaxy note 9, app fails to open. Have reinstalled 3 times and no joy.

Too many steps to get to paid tickets. Very hard to navigate to My Club inner sanctum.

As an older person I can use it to watch, read articles and get updates. That's all I need
