Impossible to buy ticket. Bank verification does not work. Impossible to try again, automatically a mistake pop up.
Suddenly my app is out of date and I cant use it, and I dont even have the option to upgrade it. I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it and it doesn't work. Extremely sloppy work. Luckily the bus driver was understanding and let me in.
I have seen unreliable apps, but I didn't have to use them in critical tasks, booking a ticket for a bus is a critical task, it may cause a lot of problems in reality if the application doesn't function properly, which makes this application the worst I have ever used, because if can't even pay for the tickets without mobile pay, then I don't think I can do anything with this app. Furthermore, developers seem to be not listening for the users' feedback.
Worst app I've seen in a while. Literally doesn't recognize any of the stops along the route my bus drives and therefore it's impossible to even buy a ticket. Ultimatively the app is completely useless. Literally.
Buy yourself a 'rejsekort'. Less hassle, less headaches (and also cheaper). There isn't any reason to use it tbh. - no way of telling if the bus is late - no way of viewing which bus you're supposed to get on after buying the ticket. Even if you have to change bus along the way - tickets work with all busses, which allows for taking the wrong bus without issue - restricts you from buying a ticket if the bus is too close, even if it's several minutes away, sometimes even when it's 5 minutes late
Literally the worst app I've used and my life has shortened because of it. Tried to pay with a credit card, it took the money but failed with a HTML code and did not give me the ticket. Stay the f away from this app for your own sake. Seriously.
Completely useless! As a tourist you're trapped outside the app. You cannot create a profile in order to pay the tickets. Also there is no option to change the language.
Saving our payment method failed at least 10 times, with different methods and different devices. Since there is no other way to buy tickets (ticket machiene was only for reserved tickets) we were forced to settle for the next available bus and use an ATM (with a hefty 25% margin) and pay by cash.
Not sure why people are complaining about the app. Maybe it used to be bad but now it's pretty easy to navigate. Took me less than 2 minutes to make an account and get a ticket. You don't even need to use the credit card if you have mobile pay.
Not bad! Allowed me totally cashless travel during my short stay in Denmark. The only thing I missed was an English translation, but even without it I was able to find and buy tickers
This app is a pain for tourists. But natives as well. Its been nothing but a pain traveling in Denmark. Even Greece had better offers and function
The worst app ever... errors while paying and you end up uninstalling it and reinstall many times
Unfortunately adding a credit card as payment method fails with a white screen. No other payment options are available for non Danish customers
It will be better if I can open my ticket in offline and the app take long time to open

There's so much wrong with this app, I don't even want to list it all. It simply doesn't want to accept my route an due time I manually enter. I have no clue why you can't find an half decent transport app in denmark. 😐 I have worked as UX/UI. Who the hell designed and coded this monstrosity?
Useless for people without a Danish phone number, as you cannot even create your profile without one. Just... Why?

Crashes when trying to use credit card. Only works with mobile pay.
Deducted my money when I bought tickets after connecting a payment card for mobile payment, but those tickets never appeared in "my tickets". They also have no office or email that I could find online to dispute for a refund. Would advise others to just pay cash and give up pre-paying.
