Awful. When viewing schedule, on my phones it doesn't give me the return to phones home screen so I have to shut my phone down. Not very well put together. Just like the company.
No compatible with Android 12
Does not let me log in and I have experienced the same as the reviews below. I also noticed that in the reviews noone from Sykes tech has answered to none of the reviews making Sykes to look cheap and unreliable. Someone should fix our app!! Obviously we are trying to use it.
This is not the correct app to use for Sykes Enterprises Inc. Employees. You have to download the my Sykes directly from the website not the play store. The app front will look like a clock that has a rainbow color to the outline.
I cannot log in, "credentials are invalid" message, however the same credentials works to login to my work computer.
The "i agree the terms" button is unreachable, fix this ASAP
It does not connect to the network. All I got is: "something get wrong while it's connecting".
App keeps loading, time out and dont let me in. Same issue all people post and not a single response from support.
"The service took too much time to respond" message over and over. Even with a flawless internet connection 😑

Payroll tab doesn't work, RHPRO doesn't work as well on production computers, it's been almost 2 months without checking my payroll info and just guessing if I'm getting paid correctly or not
Was unable to log in. Error message said server took too long to respond.
It does not work, just that message error. You guys should be doing a better job with it.
At the begging I thought the app did not work, turns out I was writting my password incorrectly.
Dies not work or let you log in. Says login info is wrong when clearly is not.

it always tells your credentials are invalid after years being an employee
This app never lets me log in.. Already removed and installed it twice and it keeps saying invalid credentials when i am 100% sure im entering the correct info... Soo so annoying!!!
