Very good app!😁 I have a drone, and this helps a lot! Have had no issues so far, and you can view your pics and vids
It won't connect to the wifi. Can't manually switch it, can't do anything.
DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE THEY ARE CALLING A TOY!!! M y experience was unbelievable i have to say... this drone and the app are complete garbage!!! Let me save you from trying to find the drone after it crashes because it will, let me assure you... And believe me I gave it the old college try... Had it out on the plus side of 20 times... just when it seems I'm going somewhere the thing wobbles in the air and then zooms away at top speed hitting everything in its path.... it was a nightmare...
Ok... A friend and I bought the W1 pro... I does what it's supposed to do... However it is very hard to figure out how it works and correct operation. I've had this drone now about a year it takes fairly good pics at a distance the onboard computer takes over and makes the thing very unstable hard to fly and very difficult to control I'm a seasoned drone and RC pilot so this thing should be very simple for me to use but is an absolute nightmare if dji was cheaper I'd buy 1 of those. I recommend.
I just purchase the XP-25pro, got a good deal on an after Xmas sale. Is there any updates on a workable app for Samsung Galaxy? I am unable to use my phone to view the camera, nor see the particulars of where the drone is. I have yet to get out and fly it and see if i can just take pictures with the sd card, I live in a northern climate and sunlight has not been available for quite some time.
This drone and the app are complete garbage. Fails to stay connected to Wi-Fi, doesn't control the drone properly, and is going to cost me $150 when it takes off til it gets lost on its own. Keep shopping for another product from a reliable vendor. SYMA is junk.
I like the app but it connected once (not able to connect the controller) but now it just states there is a network error when connected to the drones WiFi and it won't leave the SymAir load/splash screen.
Awesome. This app work best with mobile phone ram 4gb & above. And android 6 & above. Also the w1 drone work very stable with strong connectivity with this app. Provide very clear images and videos. Never crashed a single time.

The app interface was good. But couldn't connect it with my drone. I would recommend syma fly app that worked very well. All its features were good.
App crashes constantly. Instructions are next to useless. Screenshots show what "should" be there but don't give any useful information if what you are looking for us not there or isn't working.
Does not connect with one plus 6 Works with other phone... The app does not connect to the drone and I have tried installating and uninstalling, turning it on/off etc... It's a shame
The return to home button didn't work. The drone (w1pro explorer) didn't came back and I lost the drone😡.I lost control and It flew by itself in a straight line
Poor english. Poor instructions. Doesn't operate drone outside of 20 feet very well, video is choppy ( 2 of 3 identical drones, one had better video feed).
The app is a total disaster. Since the last update I cannot update or reinstall the app. I would never buy nor recommend a Syma drone. Bad purchase.
It's not clear cat ended up in my toaster. Ok all jokes aside the new update wouldn't let me passed the part when it syncs with the internet but before the update it worked fine so syma pleas fix this
Since my note 20 update 11/15/21. I can't update or download the app. It wasn't working before the update either
Could never get it to work on my newer android phone, never connected, returned x500 drone.
Couldn't update, so I tried reinstalling. Can't install now either. Please fix!
App keeps dropping,plus has alot of lagging even on 5g wifi connection

Cannot get 5GHz to connect to my Syma W1 in Canada. Not allowed in Canada.
Had a lot of problems out of the version before this one 4-3-20. I haven't tried this version yet. But the version before worked somewhat. It had terrible lag in 2.4 and 5g. My phone wasn't up to the task I finally figured out. I got a little a10e Samsung galaxy on a whim to try. Worked great. It actually did everything it says it is supposed to do. Go figure. Very little lag in 5g on that version. So now I suppose I will give this one a go. I will try to post my experience when I do.
