Very disappointed. As others have said seems strange that after such a major investment in the hardware the software (the app) is so poorly executed and unstable. Constantly, disconnecting from the AWL requiring reset after reset and finally just won't reconnect at all. Have even had our installer back out to the house and they can't get it to connect either. When it worked it was very nice but it only worked intermittently; when it worked at all. Very, very disappointed.
Can't stop the change filter reminder. Changed the filter, acknowledged, it seems like it registered, then when I go back to that zone, the reminder is back. Guess I'll just uninstall and go back to just using the web. All in all not a polished application. No alternative for my system so it's a frustrating situation after such a large investment in a next generation Series 7 Waterfurnace Geothermal system. Can't use alternative and still take full advantage of the system due to the comm.
Get a programmer and update the app with complete functionality. Design of the app could be better with less steps to schedule our shortcuts to tweak. Disappointed in the lack of info in the app of system performance and adjustments.
App needs to look like dashboard on-line. it is very basic compared to my other controls in the house. Please address this as many reviews are asking for the same data.
A must have add-on for the water furnace symphony module. Very easy to use. App info does not contain all the web dashboard info. Why not? Historical data should be available. We paid for the unit to collect the data. Please provide it. Thx
Nice app. But it should equal the experience that the browser gives. Can get much better info and functionality from the browser.
Connects to my new waterfurnace7 unit but can't control any thermostat settings, can only look at energy usage. Website and iOS work fine.
Air filter reset control just doesnt work. Swiping to switch zones is also pretty frustrating.
When it works, it's handy to be able adjust the house temp on the fly, but it crashes a lot.
Still very buggy. Doesn't always allow me to access the energy usage info. I find myself needing to just using the web site more often than not.
Always logs off, won't connect. Horrible app for what we pay for geothermal this should be a 5 star app. My garage door app is ten times better.
Nothing like the ecobee I was used to, but it works... I wish it gave more information like the web-interface does.
Lacking in detail and useability. Not enough time invested in this app. Just use Symphony Web Page. No need for this weak app.

PLEASE give us a dark mode! I would love it if there was more data available like on the web page, this app is not nearly as informative. Desuperheater input and output water temps would be AWESOME.
As of 7/12/19 app not working properly. Can't use vacation mode. Can't see usage graph. Been emailing and calling, but not fixed.

No history available. WaterFurnace has a strangle hold on data. They said they don't want to answer questions customers might have as a result of having access to it. Symphony has also lost connectivity and needed to be reset.
I went from ecobee to this. To say I am underwhelmed would be overstated. I could see full current state of my system. Reminders to change filters off variables. I could see the full history of power, temperature, equipment usage in a line graph. It would alert me too on run times. With this I get a basic thermostat. I get more information from the website then the app. Still complete disappointing Hopefully ecobee can someday control my system. have deleted this app it is pointless.
