Very poor experience. Seems to be getting slower and slower loading messages. I don't even bother trying to use it for writing messages (that just doesn't work anymore). I'd uninstall it, but there's currently no alternative for accessing company chat. Such a shame. Had big hopes for using Symphony at work but the Android app has really let it down!
Very poor performance with frequent freezing or crashes. Also appears to use a significant amount of cpu power as the phone (S10+) gets hot during use.
Since last update the messages sending gets failed, however while you check the same on the PC teh message is delivered. This is a strange issue. Need an immediate fix so that multiple messages are not sent thinking messages are not getting delivered
It used to work bad, but it doesn't work anymore. Takes forever to load and after it does load it suddenly gets closed. . I think someone added this code in the app: While (true) { loadWindow(); } onWindowOpen() { closeWindow(); }
I lose connection to my chats. Each time this happens i have to uninstall the application and reinstall it. It just gives me a loading SSO then blank screen.
Impossible to Quit: even when signing out this app is still running in the background. I do not want to receive any notifications during my out of office. only way is to force stop the app.
Keeps prompting me to login with username and password , but doesn't go ahead. This steps comes after all blackberry authentication is done.
One of the worst messaging apps with very little features. It's slow and buggy on Android.
The app legitimately does not work. I have an S10 5G and everytime I log on (using BlackBerry Work) there is just a blank white screen and it says SSO.
Very slow on android, takes a lot of time to load messages (no issues with internet or servers) works fine on iPhone
There is a reason Blackberry was eclipsed in the smartphone wars. Wildly unreliable, requiring frequent uninstall and reinstall.
Same issue as everyone else, asks to sign in with SSO and then doesn't move on. Why not address the issue in the comment here rather than tell everyone to reach out to you support email?

Every chat that I open is just white screen, I don't see any messages. It's not very useful.
It's sad to see blackberry loosing it's essense....if same performance continued then no doubt u guys will run out of business
It's working very badly.... Whenever I update this it never works... Always I have to install it again ... Guys do something.. okay .. it's not a good thing..
I don't see the messages in all the chats! It's just a white screen when I open it. Totally useless! Please do something about this!
Stopped working with latest update. Endless loop of failed authentication, by the look of it
I get a 405 error after SSO login. It was seamless earlier. App was very slow earlier anyway.
Keeps promoting me to login with SSO, but does not recognize my username and password. Other colleagues report the same.
getting general failure error to login to my account. some times i get you dont have access to application or version

After open the Application it says Authenticating and struck at that page. Sent email on this too.
One of the worst apps I have ever used. The sso only works once every blue moon I guess
It was always very slow and laggy. But after the December update its not even opening. After all set up is done and I am trying to login it just shows a blank page.
