sympto Plus includes 15 days of free fertility management coaching by a trained, professional sympto counsellor. Coaching beyond the free, 15-day trial can be purchased as Premium Access option in various time increments for you to become competent in your bodily observations.
sympto Plus indicates the start and the end of your fertile window. This method uses your basal body temperature that you record on days suggested by the app (based on the former temperature method), and cross-checks it with your cervical fluid observations (similar to the Billings method). Alternatively or additionally, there is an option to include internal cervical observations in your data.

Easiest way to know tour periods and control pregnancy. Before getting married I decided to use NFP and THIS IS THE APP for that. I have essentially been using the app and methods for 5+ years and I love it. It is easy to use, simple tasks for measuring and you can always count on the accuracy, as long as you follow through the steps and stick to the methods. Highly recommended.
I cant say enough how important this app and product has been in my life. The knowledge that I have gained since using this program has helped me in so many ways. I would have never have been able to do this without the safe guidance and structure of this program. Woman of all ages should have the opportunity to learn about their bodies in this way. How empowering would it be if a young lady could take charge of her fertility and use this knowledge in a safe way, instead of injecting her with chemical hormones. I am a strong supporter of Sympto. Not supporting these types of methods is taking away a woman's right to know and really understand how her body works. And it takes away another option for choice on how she chooses to prevent pregnancy. But like most good things in life....it takes work and time to learn! Well worth the effort though
The sympto foundation literally changed my life. I became fully aware of how really work female bodies. This app is the only one having an algorithm that actually predict very accurately which phase you are in. This is to me the key to having the powerful and liberated life that follows the natural flows we all deserve!
Difficult unless I'm not supposed to be able to input information. I guess the whole point is it's just an archaic app calendar to look at.
Terrible app. Says you get a free trial with a game and then takes away your chart and access with no warning. And playing the game was pointless because it doesn't actually give you a trial

Very easy to use
I've charted with this for 4 yrs and successfully used the info to avoid pregnancy 3.5. It interprets your data according to the rules of the Symptothermal Method of Fertility Awareness to tell you when you are potentially fertile, highly fertile, and infertile. There aren't many apps with the interpretation built in (unless they're fake-o ovulation predicting apps.) It's a little glitchy, especially for the price, but most problems you can take care of by uninstalling and reinstalling it.
Responding to Harri - yes I have messaged on the app and you replied saying you will move me to billings, but I still get reverted back to standard mode. I paid for the app without counselling and should have access to all features in the app except counselling.....
This app executes the symptothermal method (Rötzer/Sensiplan). It is synced to a website where you can get a complete Manual explaining the method and app. There are different instructional packages on the website to choose from to teach you how to chart in the method. Counselors are available in a number of languages. Once you complete the counseling you can identify your fertile window on your own. There is an icon language for the CM categories which requires getting used to but is genius!
Well managed app take care of a lot of your care needs

I tried to input data. Everyday I try to enter in a period and symptoms its trys to open the cart and it ends up freezing my phone and I end up having to hold the power button down until my phone restarts. I have the My calendar app so I'm just going to keep using that one bc this one isnt working right unfortunately.
Galaxy S7 ap crashes everytime i try to enter data. Keeps playing video. Wont let me login. Fix and 5 stars
Constant crashes, have to use the webpage to input data because the app won't even open. No update in over a year??? You all have something great going on with the webpage, but this app needs a lot of work to stabilize it and make it easier to use.
It would be a great app if it would load. if you fix I would use it.
I have been charting to avoid pregnancy successfully for a few years, on paper and on other apps. I didn't like this app, it's look and feel is all over the place and very juvenile. I also found it hard to read the manual because of it's tone, I like reading more about the scientific facts of fertility, but this manual was written with a very bad attitude and not friendly or professional. I prefer OvuView, Kindara, MyNFP.
Sympto has a lot of detailed information available about the effectiveness and method of STM and quick support. I received a message back minutes after I sent mine. The downside is that if you are English speaking you may need some past FAM/NFP knowledge. The manual may be difficult to comprehend as it seems to be written/translated bysomeone who does not primarily speak English but I am THRILLED to have something available in English that explains the sensiplan rules as it has a high perfect use rate.
Just watched the video and thats appauling.. the acting, the 'facts', show me some reliable sources and statistics before making a video about how one of the most popular ways of contraception can basically kill you as this video portrays. Jesus.
This app is junk. And reading other reviews and the way "harrie" replied only shows bad costumer service and that they are not able to take constructive criticism.

With all due respect Harri your app is misleading people by including unnatural forms for planning a family. Natural means natural ie organic. Contraception is not natural. I know I'm stating the obvious. Don't falsely advertise. Denomination is not a factor, the truth is. Kind regards
This app is tough to navigate. It kept closing unexpectedly. After 5-6 attempts to begin data entry, I gave up. Not user friendly. I'm searching for an android nfp/ sympto-thermal app. I used to use femcalLite on iPhone. This app stinks compared to that one.
If I get pregnant it will be this apps fault! I downloaded it to help me avoid pregnancy naturally and there was an error in the program mid cycle. I have lost all my data and temps. This app is awful!
It would probably help if it was translated properly, i couldn't understand the training clips.
The app seems a bit difficult at first but it is actually very complex and helpful, I took lessons 1 year ago and keep using the app ever since. It may seem overwhelming but it's so interesting and amazing to know our woman's body!!!! And once you got it, it's actually pretty easy! I highly recommand the method!
