Symptom Tracker

Omg the app I was looking for! Tried many more but this one is simple, easy to use and lets me describe what is going on. (Symptoms and background info...weather, activity, anything affecting symptoms!) So far so good. Thanks! My only suggestion would be for the time frame ( morning, afternoon, evening) to be able to include more than one time frame ( ie: morning and afternoon) or to have an "all day" option My symptoms often last 12 or more hours.

previously rated this app 4 stars. I've had to downgrade that because I upgraded phones, and there doesn't seem to be anyway to keep that data. :-( Downgrading again bc suddenly it crashes every time I try to add a symptom. I cannot access my symptom log. Upgraded rating, no issues in quite some time.

Started out fine, but eventually found out the app randomly deletes symptoms and sometimes pretends to save a symptom when you first enter it in. Just use a notebook guys, it's not worth putting your health in the hands of a random app

This app was amazing but since the update it no longer works consistently i had no problems with the old version. I would go without the new look to have it function properly

This app wouldn't let me sign in every time. I had to go thru resetting my password over and over.

Not enough room to add information about the syptom and you cant make edit what you entered.

⚠️⚠️ this app asks for too much pesonal info JUST TO GET IN! did not feel comfortable with that. be aware!!!

Wish I knew where my notes went after not using it for a few months my data is gone.

Um doesn't work I put something in and it doesn't save it

It's not quite what I was looking for.

I love this app and it is very easy to use, my only criticism is i had this on my samsung galaxy note 3 and when i upgraded to galaxy note 4 i lost my data and was unable to find my original account details. and now i have had to start again

Simple, easy to use. just what I was looking for.

It was fine until it randomly stopped working and now ive lost all my data. I try to launch it from my list of apps and android immediately tells me that it has stopped working.

This is a great start. I am transitioning from meds to vitamins and would love it is thus app could export graphs or spreadsheets that I can show my doctor so we can see what is helping or pinpoint things that need work. I have chronic pain and this app is about 90% there. I'd pay for the extra features, thus is so helpful for patients like me.

Simple.. Easy to use. Really like the convert to pdf for easily sharing with tour doctor... Wish it had a fee more features like emoticons or a better calender... The ability to add pictures would be amazing. But all in all does the job. Medicine reminders would be good and appointment reminders... But to be honest it does what it says it does and it's so easy to use.

I was looking for an application that does exactly this and it was a nice surprise to see that somebody else thought about it :)

Basic entry screens. Date always says wrong but sets right in the end. Wish it had a body view for marking areas. Overall, better than a text notepad but not much.

This is a good app. It does what it says and not much else. Hopefully it will be updated. But its better than many bloated apps that try to do too much.

Very simple. Poor interface. Only slightly more than a notepad app.
