Synap File Manager is an intelligent file manager app with keyword search enabled. Type a word and search files for keyword in content, metadata or file name. Integrated text extraction technology makes file browsing and searching just simple and a lot easier. Search supported within MS Office, PDF, Text, HTML, MP3 and E-mail files. Bundled text viewer lets you quickly scan text content of a document.

But seems that the indexing or I don't know what eats battery. And when you do a search, some options for long press on a file like go to file, delete, copy, etc. will be good..

it doesn't search external sd card, it doesn't search file names, just file content. it skips indexing many files and file types.

Nice if it supported mhtml
Wonder about modified files, is index going to auto update on file changes? App is So far so good,
