The app does not work at all. Running Android 10 on a Google Pixel XL and trying to download videos from my Phantom 3 Standard. When I finally get it to connect it says there is no SD card when it is plugged in and had media on it. I will change my review if it gets fixed. Was my best hope for getting my videos into Google Photos but oh well... (Quick edit: I had force stopped DJI Go when doing this)
App seems well made but for me while using an up to date Spark (with controller) and a Google Pixel on android 10 (plugged into the controller) I cannot transfer any panorama pictures from the spark. The app sets the task and then just lists it as "failed". It will transfer pictures fine but not panoramas for me. Also, slightly annoying that you have to go into "Settings" then "Apps" menu and then force close the DJI Go app before the Sync app could successfully connect but that is the nature of using two apps here. There is also a SDK error that does not allow photos on the Spark to be previewed. So, cool looking app, I would totally buy the lifetime subscription if I could get it to work.
Absolutely wonderful and easy to use. Loving everything about it. Also, a free trial after connecting my Mavic 2 Zoom is a good surprise! No watermark and export original resolution next 5 days is the best feature ever. Fantastic app. It helps me make some amazing videos on the go for my side business.
I love this app. It really helps to keep on top of things! However, I have just one suggestion (as I see it’s not already implemented). I want to be able to download panoramas and sphere from my Mavic Pro. Btw: My friends say it works ok with his Mavic Air and Mavic 2 Pro.
Best app for making an aerial hyperlapse out of many photos. On selecting the required photos it quickly makes a video on its own with amazing stabilization which you can add preset as you wish! It truly deserves 5 stars!!
I have long looked for an app like this that would download my footage even I minimize it (actually DJI GO 4 can't do this). This one does. Also, it works perfectly! The app is very useful!
The UI is a bit confusing at first, but eventually, it comes easy. Nice app for instant video download and editing persist professional editing. Very recommended to try coz you will love it. Also: the app requires a fast smartphone to change resolution
Love this app! It was so wonderful in trial and easy to use Pro functions. It makes me take off on my Mavic Air and make a video! I have always liked the way and how simple it is to download and export trimmed videos.
Think i might like this App if i can figure out how to connect it to my Mavic 2 pro. Tried the other day it was trying to find my drone but wouldnt connect. I tried with my phone connected to my controller and also tried a usb cable plugged into the port of the drone. Need some advice please.
I was blown away with the compatibility with the Mavic 2 Pro device itself…. I am finding download speed slow but I think that is a connection or drone firmware issue…. If you have a DJI drone you need this app… obviously
I am currently using this application for work with my aerial photos. Haven't had any problems and it has lots of features. I would recommend this app for pilots who travel
Issues connecting to Mavic Pro - when it eventually connected, it does not let me to do anything with panoramas. It says it has a bug and they are working with DJI to fix it.
On paper looks like a fantastic product....just wish that the Mavic Air 2 was supported. Will keep it installed and hope for a future update to support the MA2.
Good for a quick post and video clips and pretty user-friendly. I’ve made a few videos so far and overall have enjoyed the quality of them.
Osmo Mobile 3 not supported. Too bad. Like the concept, but need to remove as it doesn't support my device. Hopefully I can revisit and use this. One star until otherwise...
Pointless app, dji has put this feature on all of there drones now,even the mavic mini 2! Even if it does work for your older model it takes forever to get a 4k video easier just to juggle your sd card around.
Took me a little bit to figure out connecting my Mavir Air and accessing my pics/videos but once I got it, its great. Downloaded this solely to view and share the 360 panorama pics and it works flawlessly
Horrible app, positive reviews are definitely paid for. The apps extremely slow and asks you to pay for premium which is useless because everything this app does you can do faster with the dji go app or taking out your SD card. Useless app really.

I had this app 5 months ago. I uninstalled it because I wanted more... (started to get boring) After trying free Pro features in the app I came back and purchased. It’s worth its money. For my Mavic 2 Pro it’s the best app I use every time 👍

Five Star for Support Si i installed the trial, then i "thought" I purchased app, however I didnt. I also dont have the proper Drone for the App, new to all this. Maks (support) was extremely helpful to get me going, although i aked for a refund, not knowing i didnt purchase it in the first place, was going to give me the refund. if the app is so great, why is it not simple. I'm getting notification that's there's a 65% discount but when I click that it just takes me to the app and I go everywhere on the app looking for where I purchase. it my worry that if I can't even find a place to purchase that tells me it's not as simple as the experts say. the tutorial is to vague. at this point I'm not even sure what I'm buying or why I would need it. dji please be more clear.
Totally useless and very expensive!!! The panorama stitching function don't work since i purchased the app! Developer must refund all of us!!!
Easy to sync, smooth operation. That's what I felt after 1 week of using this app.
Downloaded this app from the beginning. I like it. It saves me much time, and I'm able to download 4K and H.265. Still, I love and recommend this app!
DON'T BUY THIS APP. Out of date. Paid for the One Off sub but the app can't find the SD card on my Mavic Pro. There's no support at all and the only means of contact is by way of Instagram/Facebook messenger. Tried both and got no response. Tried to get my money back through Google and Paypal and both refused. To make matters worse, when I checked to see if my one off subscription had left my account I found that there was a quarter annually direct debit set up for repeats of the same amount!!
