Constantly crashes and is unstable. The connection to my camera is flaky at best and I have to go through power cycling the camera and phone in a certain order for it to connect but even worse is the stability when trying to playback clips.....crashes everytime. I have a brand new camera and Flagship S21 Ultra, all firmware is up to date. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the issue remains. I regrettably upgraded to the pro version also.
I just bought this device and downloaded the app but when the app is searching for it to activate it, though the two are laying side by side, it keeps saying device not found. How am I supposed to use this if I can't activate it? Looks like I will be returning it.
this has to be a joke. I have to be a pro member to download my video in 4k that's saved on my phone. With an app that crashes and I can't even look at my videos
Dji is not cool at all now. Nothing works in it. I paid $500 for pocket camera and now none of the apps work. It's not worth it to spend any money in dji product at this time.
Can't connect to my osmo action! Finds the device but never connects, how am I meant to edit videos on the go?
Doesnt work. Same as dji mimo. Something is very wrong with dji cameras/connectivity software
This app is very helpful for download original media on the go and does many more things with your Osmo Pocket. It's easy to use and interface is also good
I tried to use it with DJI mobile 3. It didn't work. But looked like a great idea. Possibly an update will make compatible.

I bought the Osmo pocket which came with an adapter to plug into my phone. The old app allowed me to control the camera from my phone and import the footage. Now I have no control over my camera from the phone and the only way to export the media is with a watermark unless I pay for a pro subscription. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE CAMERA! Let me have my footage!
