The app is a nightmare, and it doesn't load properly without circling back to the app store where it's stuck in the loop that it thinks it needs to update. once you click update it takes you to the app. 🤮
This app offers nothing about my account nor every location I can use my card with the SynchronyHome logo. I always have to slide and be surprised if it clears or not. Could you please update this. Plus I have 3 synchrony home accounts but you won't let me merge my 3 accounts to just pay one bill instead of 3 different ones. Could you please make some changes soon. Other than that I am satisfied.
DON'T USE SYNCHRONY BANK!!! They are EVIL CRIMINALS. Beware they hide behind good Businesses. THESE BLOODY PARASITES charged me fees for no good reason and when I pointed out the error and requested a refund. They reduced my credit limit even though I have excellent credit scores.
I love synchrony for making the possibilities endless, however, it won't allow me to make payment on the app right now. If i didn't keep getting an error message saying try back later, then I'd probably be giving a 5 star review.
EASY, CONVENIENT, not alot of hoops go through sign in pay and go, if you need any assistance immediate chat available or call. My life is hectic enough, I do not need to include fifty thousand verifications of who I am. Safety is one thing increase inconvenience is another. Great App
Tried logging in after I installed the app but couldn't do it. It said to log in on the desktop to get more info. After logging in there was no mention about what was needed, waste of time 😬
App blows. Just sent me a new synchrony home card... I activated it. ... & app won't let me access my info (or mk. Pymts) .... I can access it & mk pymyts using old synchrony app though. 🙄😒🤬
App has to many bugs it keeps shutting down and crashing. I have permanently removed it.
Exceptional credit card if I wanted to I've found most major & independents retailers to include gas stations accept it as a form of payment.
Open the App after installed, all I got was an error meesage said Unfortunately, Synchrony Home has stopped...what on earth is that mean?
The app has an obnoxious landing page that serves no purpose and the account information is constantly and woefully out of date.
It keeps giving me an error every time I try to log in. Can't pay bills. DO NOT RELY ON APP. IT IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM.

Everything is easy to navigate
Not bad for a new app. I like that I can now see locations as to where the card is accepted. Fingerprint login is great. However, I would like to see a few improvements though. I'd like to be able to go straight to my account login, instead of the "Home" screen. I'd also like to see the app load faster, as opposed to having to wait for the "welcome home" splash screen. For those reasons alone, I'll be sticking to the original mySynchrony app for now.
