I made a backup of contacts and the I factory reset my phone. Now I am unable to login into my LenovoID from this app. It's saying that I have poor internet connection, which in this case isn't true. My internet connection Is perfectly fine.
Backup Important Texts. This app makes it easy to backup and RETRIEVE text messages. I would recommend this app for anyone that wants control of important messages.
good to be sync because now a days every day software and mobile changing and theft too. For these reasons we will not loss our data but its your responsibility to keep our data safe and secure so that no body misuse it.

No way to delete account. Also the first time you go into the app the first thing it does is backup your contacts to the cloud. No idea where it went. I suspect they just stole my contacts.
What is this ? How can i remove my old cloud backup of Call logs ? I wanna remove old backup but there is no option to remove old backups.. fix it immediately this issue otherwise i will never use this app again.
It keep popping up with Network connection error. Please try again. Now I can't access my contacts, messages and logs.
Phone numbers are vanishing and are not getting recovered after SYNcit is storing them. Auto storing must be stopped.
very not useful. I was backing up my contacts but after I'm trying to restore it's not working any more.
I hate SYNCit it occupies so much memory and keeps buffering and gives so many advertisments I hate it I also lost all of my contacts after updating I just hate it I HATE IT !!!!!!!!😠😡😬
Thanks.. I could retrieve 5 years of contacts from Old lenovo phone to my new samsung phone .. I was satisfied with Lenovo A6000 phone until it became slow after I upgraded it to lollipop from KitKat.
Please improve the data short by backup month & year. So we can restore recently data. Thanks

I think this Lenovo set is more disfunctional. Set .please improve as is responds very late to given comments or sometimes not responds.

After clean up, there are still hundreds of duplicate contacts present

This app is quite good but the contract are not upgraded fully. I uploaded my contacts on it and when restored them they only shows names and not any contact number in it. Fix it first..!
