The app was functional since the day I have installed it, but today when I tried to open the app a pop up shows 'unverified connection '. Went through so many reviews with the same issue. Don't understand what's going on. Team Kindly cater to the problem as soon as possible as there are customers living abroad and need to stay updated with their accounts.
Its not working properly. Its saying unverified connection while opening the app. Please correct it soon. Sometimes it works but other times it doesn't even open to the first page and gets stuck on the opening page. I would like you to update those features properly and make it user friendly.
Do not download the app. This is bad design. One device accepts only one account and always asks the password for that one account. You cannot even log out and log in to another account associated with a different user. It always asks the password for the same account.
Ab initio,, this app is not available in all android phones. People cannot be upgrading their phones frequently. Their website is equally unhelpful/unoperationable. Often the customers are facing a lot of trouble. When you raise your concern through email,they don't bother to answer you.
Very easy n user friendly. Just 2 things that need to work on...cannot do transactions late night, this I have noticed a lot currently. And 2nd is, when we set any account as favourite, there should be option for description of payment for recurring payments. Right now it still shows the description of 1 st transaction.
Kindly introduce option for 2 factor authentication, e.g. touch ID plus m-pin. Entering the password for the app is usually a long process and also less secure. Also, 1) M passbook should be available within the app instead of separate apps, for seamless banking. 2) Add savings account transfer option, 3) details of various credit and debit cards offered by the bank, 4)types of accounts available and their benefits alongside option for customer to apply through the app.
It's not working properly, it's showing "unverified connection" while opening the app, please correct as soon as possible, I would like you to update those features properly and make it use easily for all users.
This is the worst of the banking apps and could easily beat any other worst app anywhere in the world. Extremely annoying, thoughtlessly developed app. In fact to call the app 'developed' is a very painful exaggeration. Customer service is non existent and you can not bother them enough. Overall, if you want to avoid the sells guys and snap the ties with Synd, this app would qualify the best. If you are too happy with life and want some challenge, download this now and go bang your head!
it's been three days since last update which was supposed to fix the bugs instead it created a bigger bug. the app is crashing everytime we are opening the app. kindly update it, this app is for payment and transfer purpose and if we cannot do either of those then its so shameful:'( .
Rubbish update, app keeps crashing every time i try to open. Tried to uninstall and re-install again, but no use. Was the update even properly tested before putting in the app store? Fix it ASAP. (Nokia 7.1 on Android 9)
Hi when I open this app it shows unverified connection. It was working fine till a month ago. Suddenly it showed this and now I am not able to open the app, it shows unverified connection. Please rectify this problem soon as I have to use this urgently and since I cannot go to bank since I stay abroad. Please do the needful
Everytime I try to log in, it says "Unverified connection". Doesn't work on wifi or mobile network, tried reinstalling the app too. What's the use of an app that doesn't let the users log in?
The app was nice to use since day one. Suddenly while opening an dialogue box stating unverified connection pops... And the app can't be used. we use banking apps to make our transaction ease and now I'll have run to bank... Totally useless
App not opening on Android version 9. While earlier it was opening. Keeps saying unverified connection. Same connection was opening the app earlier. Could be a a recent update has caused this, PL check and rectify
Very very very slow... disaster app..... Mobile banking is something that makes transactions and dealings more easier.. Here its better to go to bank directly than using this app its very slow and can't even load the balance.
I like this App, Realtime Immediate payment is easy. I have more bank accounts, but this is Fast and Good for Mobile and Internet Banking. Only thing is to be improved, Credit Card details and Payment section. There is no separate App for CC. Strongly i suggest you to use this App 100% Guarantee.
Why the app is showing unverified connection. The app is not opening. After the click on the app, 'unverified connection' message is popped up. I don't understand where to complain, thus, I choose this platform. Please help me.
This app was very useful , I'm really glad i was using it, but since 4 days I've tried re-installing the app numerous times but it crashes, please resolve this issue at the earliest as I'm in need of it very badly. it is a matter of urgency.
Not sure why syndicate bank has so many apps. But I have used this for about a year. Have actual had no problems until recently when it kept saying unverified connection. Bank or the app provider has to clarify their position.
I was using the app very well, and now suddenly, it shows unverified connection. It was fine about a week before. But now i can do nothing. Its urgent that you rectify this error as soon as possible.

Why does the app say 'unverified connection' every time I open it. I can't access it, neither on my home wifi nor on my mobile data. So inconvenient. Uninstalling it until this issue is fixed.

They are giving very bad service. Its app doesn't work properly..while opening the app, showing unverified connection... In emergency it never worked..i m going to close the account from the syndicate bank...
The worst mobile app and banking system. Users have no easy options to reset or change the password because it always shows errors. When I tried to reset the mpin it asks for debit card details and after entered it, the error shows as expired card but my card expiration date is 2025.
worst experience ever.. its very slow ... Transaction often fail ...Money is debited unnecessarily for failed transactions and it takes several days to get the refund. There is no particular helpline or service for app related issues.When called to the customer care they tell us to visit Home Branch...... People at home branch dont have information regarding this and they inturm suggest to contact helpline. If you are unable to give good service ,please shut the App service.....
Never it shows my account statement... It only shows option for getting statement by putting the period and to get it through E-statement, but never shows any E statement to my Mail ID... Very disappointing app it is...
Initially the app was working fine, but after some time (3 months or more), whenever I open the app, it will hang in starting page. Not loading properly. I updated the app whenever there is new update available. Still the same issue. I have enough space in the phone, good network coverage, even tried with different phones. Still facing the same issue. Very rarely I could login and use the app. I don't know what is the exact issue behind hanging in start page whenever I launch the app.
