• Fund Transfer – either to his/her own another account or to any third party account within the bank

The app very good, the look is also very nice. But there is one problem the mini statement shown in the app does not show the narration i.e. from where the cr or dr is come. And the saving premium sweep in sweep out ac balance is not clearly understandable. Kindly look into the matter. The graph is unnecessary it is of no use. Instead of that you can add the details of transactions. Very nice to see the modifications.😲

Frustrating registration process, but once installed functioning of the app is very smooth. Really surprised at the smooth functioning of all options. Disabling the older version automatically is a well thought one. Developing team has done it's homework well. Hoping Canara Bank to take the cue from Syndicate Bank's mobile app to fine tune their slow and ever hanging CANDI app. Kudos to the Developing Team.

The introduction of NEFT has now brought the app at par with all the other bank apps. Fingerprint login too is very good and unique feature. Interface is very good. Language options too make it easy for everyone to use the app now. Just one thing remaining now, the option to add billers like life insurance, mutual funds etc. That will be icing on the cake. 1. Beneficiary account with Alphabets are getting failed after completion. This is just not limited to single instance rather multiple different banks and accounts have been tested but same result. Money is reverted always but never settled at beneficiary end. Kindly add loan installment payment and credit card bill payment through this app. It will be really helpful.

This app is constantly having updates and if we don't do it, we can't use the app. Not everyone have a lot of free space in their device. What if i want to block my card in an emergency situation and there is an update pending?? And for registration, now it is asking for card details. What about the people who doesn't want to keep a card due to their own reasons??

Very good app for all mobile banking users because in this app you can see yours account balance details any time. And if you want to transfer the money to any one, not required to go to bank, you can easily transfer the money to any time any where. Not requirements of bank book also. And many more functions are available in this app.

One of the most difficult apps to configure. The app checks the mobile number and then accepts the customer number. Then the next hurdle is to give the exact amount from any of the last 5 transactions, which happens to be a test of your memory considering that you wouldn't get sms for each transaction, thanks to their sms servers. Then there is a cap of 5 memory checks per day, after which the app gives a chance to play the memory game, but only on the next day. Very playful app!

It's quite useful and fast. There are some small problems, like all FDs created via app are put on auto renewal and you have to go to the branch to terminate them. Also, interest rates sometimes do not load. Otherwise it's pretty good.

It's very troublesome that each and everytime this app asks for update. What's more disturbing is if we don't update, we won't be able to proceed. Updating is the only option we have. Further, update should be of kind were all versions of mobile can use it. However, in this case, once it is updated it can only be used by high version mobiles.

The new app is colourful and overall better compared to the old version , however i feel its unnecessary to run ad's through mobile app . The idea in general to use the mobile was to have a smooth transaction . If you remove the ad in the app, the screen wil have more room to display the products .

Services available in this app is good nowadays. But, it consistently asks for updates. when we tap on Update button in the app, it neither gets updated, nor it goes to Play store to get this done. We have to seperately go to play store and search for the Syndmobile app and then we have to update the app.

Edit: 12/03/2020 This app is not at all working even after clearing cache, re-installations and all other possible ways. This is show stopper defect and must be resloved immediately. Our Synd mobile was very good since one year. But now after upgradation we have to add beneficiary while doing transactions. This has become a hindrance not only for us even to the customers. They are complaining that they couldn't do transactions because of this n forced to come to bank for transferring money. So please delete that add beneficiary n keep as it was earlier. Thank you.

Not at all user friendly I changed my device and I'm unable to login from the new device.it is asking me to register all over again. And it's asking for card details What about the people that do not use a debit/credit card. it's very inconvenient. And the constant updates do not bring any new improvements or changes .

Worst banking app it is not at convenient and user friendly, security and safety is ok but so many level are their just to transfer money and most of the time the app won't respond and after so many clicks on refresh button it still shows old balance. You need to learn from other banking app which are very convenient and user friendly. With your app I never able to transfer money from syndicate account to other account

Some of the options are really helpful like money transfer and e-passbook. But the Term Deposit (FD) gets auto renewed and if tried to withdraw shows 'cannot be liquidated through MB channel'. The app needs stable technical updates to be called useful.

Difficult to configure...Option to change transaction limit is not working...It shows successful but during the time of transaction it gives an error message "transaction limit exceeded". Chat support not working and card setting screen is blank. One of the worst mobile banking experience ever.

Almost a month after the app has been installed, it is not accepting registration even though I am an existing customer using the older version for the past several years. Hence it has not been possible to check how the app functions. Customer care tells there is some technical problem with the server.

Not at all user friendly. There used to be an option of quick fund transfers which now seems to be taken away after an app update. And the only way we can tranfer funds is by adding a beneficiary. Which may even take upto 12 hours. Horrible for emergency situations.

Not able to connect /registered. Even after sending 10 messages. The app asks for a SMS to be send, receive the success message and then again app loops back to send the sms once again. Never had any such issue with the old app.

Contains a good many bugs. On first installation today 3/5/2020, it stopped at mobile veryfication. Pre-text SMS sent manually, failed to very the SIM, though SMS sent via registered SIM. Uninstalled, disabled the second SIM, downlded again, tried 2 times more, could not even generate pre-txt SMS, but after a while it went for SIM verificn automatically. And could not verify the number.

This app shows balance on the login screen with out even asking for the password/asking for a fingerprint scan. I believe this is the worst banking app I've ever used. More details: Even after my comment I don't see any replies. I don't know why would they even display account balance without even authentication

It is easy to transfer money, check balance, statements, NEFT etc It is easy to understand for everyone it is user friendly app. But after merging with Canara Bank to register with this app for new users it asks DEBIT CARD also but it is for safety according to bank but it's loss for poor people that's it.

Pathetic App!!! Not able to login, after reinstalling, it asks for debit card details which I don't have for obvious reasons (who will use their card when ICICI & other private banks offers better service??). I'm stuck with this account, need to close it asap.
