Deposits are almost impossible using the app. The image quality, lack of being in color make the deposit feature virtually useless. Plus the time takes them to approve a deposit. My other credit union is instant.
Difficult to use mobile deposit feature due to poor image quality. Have to attempt photos multiple times, usually without success. When I use other bank's online deposit feature, the image is much better.
It works well. After a while of consistent deposits, my checks get deposited much faster. I'm happy with this app.

This app has, hands down, the *worst* mobile deposit feature I have ever seen. It should *not*, I repeat, *NOT*, take 20+ tries to take an "acceptable" picture of the front of a check. "This check seems to have bend edges..." I assure you, it does not! This needs to be fixed ASAP.
