Synergy One

I use this product for work and I cant upload more than (5 pictures)( per ticket) unless I spend more time individually select photos on mobile and each time it will not let me select more than one item at a time. not user or mobile friendly at all... the app won't let me log in. the fast pix doesn't work at all.. could really use some attention considering my company pays to use this product. Will change my review whenI see some issues resolved
