This app is ok, but can you please consider a lock card/freeze card option? It would be very helpful. Instead of us canceling our card, just in case it's found, we can just lock it and unlock it when we find it. It would be so much easier.
I just want to add a lock the card feature. If it becomes lost/ stolen. We can as customers, lock the card in app as soon as we realize. And if we happen to recover the card within the time frame, we can then unlock with a swipe. Simple feature, that my last banking app had.. I feel would be a great addition to this app. Thanks!
Dependable and easy to use. A little annoying that you have to schedule payments like, a week or more out. They won't let you setup a payment for like, the next day or even a cpl days away
Works as intended. I use mobile deposit, transfer money, zelle, and more, but I haven't noticed any bugs with anything. Well-built, solid app 👍
Always a problem but with bank of America never a problem and the part below makes no sense because I didn't see any ads so what is it talking about. You have to do it like 5 or 6 times to get a check to go through if it goes through.
Not simple, lots of confusion user not friendly. Making a payment is a headache . 20 minutes and I couldn't find the payment option. Had to go around and make a transfer. When you click on payment due option,"not found" comes up. Very dissatisfied.
Will not work. Says URL is not available to install app what good is it if it's known problems exit and not work and not let customers know.
A bit disappointed. Joined almost 30 years ago. The friendly military banking ad is what drew me. And it's beenhardly anything but that. Being in the military forces you to live in many places, countries, we need immediate access to our banks and you have not been consistent with that. I applied for a credit card online⁸ years ago & told because my current zip code wasn't local I was denied. After being with you soo long. I'm disappointed & considering ending our 30+ relationship.
Update after deleting and reinstalling app several times it finally started working. Not sure what all has changed. Just wanted to make a update to the review from earlier.
Klunky at best ... when I could log in. Now can't get logged back in, new version won't accept correct logins and customer service call was on hold forever and hung up. Come on.. Banking this archaic should be a thing of the past.
This app is very useful. I just don't like the glitch in the photos. I have take and retake picture. Other than that I love it.
Love this app. Wish we can see a description of all pending items(intraday). Had to wait over 23 minutes for Customer Care last evening and unfortunately they could not tell me two transactions that were pending from a teller. Had to wait until this morning to view my transactions and finally have a piece of mind that the two items were actual checks I wrote during Christmas of 2021.
This is an okay app. You can check your balance and see where you've spent your money, but sometimes the app won't work for other things. Like transferring money or making a budget plan.
This is the worst app!!!! I always have to uninstall it I never can into my account! Need the old version back!!!!!!
New member as of a month thus far, the app works great, no issues with mobile check deposit . I'm on the go a lot, so I don't have time to run in the bank physically. Will review in 6 months and see how it goes.

This app is perfect. I love how easy it is to pull up your account info, and if you're someone like me who checks there numbers a ridiculous amount, it's great for that lol
Slow, glitchy, unresponsive. The old app was way better, this one is terrible. Somehow it's already on V3.0? Of all the mobile banking apps I've used, this is unfortunately the worst. Edit: App still has very slow load times, even with a fresh install. UI is slow. Account balances do not refresh after a transfer, even with dragging to refresh. The menu options are odd (pay a bill and transfer money are the same button). I still do not recommend this app.
If I didn't love the service I have always received, I would cancel my accounts just because of the app. It is so frustrating to have a bank that offers an app that I can't use 95% of the time. The old app was terrible, but this one is not any better. Instant balances never load, and when they do (only about 10% of the time) it is not an up to date balance. I can only log in about 50% of the time due to "server error" or "request timeout", each time I try on WiFi and my phone's data only.
Update: using mobile deposit is a pain. The app is fine taking the front view of the check, but it keeps messing up the back view by condensing the app horizontally. It took over 10 tries to deposit 2 checks. Switching to manual mode seemed to help, but there's no easy way to switch to manual capture mode. Everything else is great, but I won't be depositing any checks thru the app anytime soon!
Functionality has much improved from the old version.There's the ability to submit multiple payments at once just like on the site.The old version required individual payments to be submitted one at a time and so it was rather cumbersome. Some interface quirks in "Pay Multiple" and one other section but it does look better overall than the old version did. It's a bit sluggish but, frankly, I find most things on Android are that way to some extent.
This app is easy to use and very convenient! You can set it to show your balance without having to login to the account, use a finger print scanner if your phone has one, and the app will remember your email if you tell it to but not your password. Password must always be entered unless you have the aforementioned finger print scanner. The app will not allow screenshots as well. I also love that I can deposit my checks from home! All-in-all a great app for mobile banking!
It does what I need it to do, but I wish it had more. I lost my debit card recently and there is no option in the app to lock/ cancel the card. I had to call the number, talk to someone who sounded like they had just been woken up (it was 9PM) and jump through several hoops to get the old card canceled and a new one ordered (which took over a week to get to me.)
