Best app ever! However here 2 suggestion When we choose a song, there's a list for the selected song (example:" introduction" "Line chart", "Progress breakdown" and "Points earned" It would be awesome if "rated star" would be on the list. It would be faster because I use to play recebt songs but I cannot rate-it from there. 2- the .rtx file work on the app if you open the file with synthesia, however they aren't list and cannot be found even if I selected the folder in which they are in.

App Made for Digital keyboard. This app is exactly designed to learn piano. All of the features were available. You just need to know how to use it for your own needs. Otg connection, midi files synchronisation, piano sheets. They connect automatically. Simply a WOW app. I purchased it last year for my piano journey in my phone which is one time purchase. Best decision ever made. If you want to move from beginner to intermediate this would be the best. I suggest not to waste money on other apps.

Amazing app! I use it every minute or so. But when i upgraded to newer Redmi Note 11 with fhd+ screen app started looking different. At the top( where camera is) there's just black border and at the bottom all the buttons are very hard to press. I hope it will be fixed in the near future. Still i love it!

This is one of the best apps for learning to play the piano. I really like that they offer to unlock the full functionality forever by paying a one time fee. You can load in additional midi files from musescore. One drawback is that the metronome cannot be configured, cannot choose which notes the metronome plays on which channel. I can only hear the first beat of each bar on my Yamaha Clavinova piano which makes it difficult to keep time.

Really good app for PC and mobile. I wouldn't buy it for 40 bucks. Doesn't seem amazing g for learning piano. For labeling chords, though. This thing is amazing. Just sitting down and playing some chords and having the name automatically is super helpful. Especially for someone less fluent in theory. And more fluent in playing by ear.

absolutely love this app. it's extremely fun to learn songs with. It would be even better if there were more modern songs to play. I found midi files to download with Musescore but that cost more money for the annual subscription. I enjoy the level of control with the tempo, looping difficult parts and separating hands. being able to add finger numbers as hints is very helpful. As a complete beginner I've made great progress in just a short period of time. I highly recommend this app.

Is just a port of the Desktop version. All of the shortcuts are for a computer keyboard, and the progress bar is broken. If you have measure lines on, you can't see any in-song settings and have to tap randomly around the screen and hope you hit the toggle switch. Even then, you can't do much. With sheet music, the falling notes are covered. In general, a bad app. But it is synthesia, just the computer version.

The fact that this app allows you to make a one time purchase instead of a pricey subscription makes this app the only option for me. and the fact that you can download midi files and have the app recognise them made me feel a form of pure glee. Seriously. Well done. My only complaint is that the menus are difficult to navigate through and the app needs some more on screen keyboard options other than the full 88. Not the most intuitive interface but boy, does this app get the job done.

I enjoyed using Synthesia to learn basic songs without having to read sheet music! I couldn' read sheet music when I first started using Synthesia. I am now very gratefull that threre is a sheet music version of the song on the top of the screen. I am also very grateful that you can choose the song you want from anywhere on YouTube once you buy it and it has classical music on it as well as any other tune you choose. Its instructions are wonderful aswell! I highly recommend this app.

This is a must have if you are learning to play piano and you have a MIDI keyboard. Best piano app that I have tried, and I have tried all of them. I suggest buying the full version. Well worth the price. The only problem with the app is that MIDI connection is not automatic and figuring out the settings is not trivial. Also developer should provide an email address for feedbacks and comments.

This is the best piano learning app and in the best price compared to the competition. MIDI IS suported. I love that it also works on Windows with the same key (if purchased from Windows). I don't like that there's no sync between the windows and android app so that I can see my favorite songs in both and also share my progress.

I do like this app but the reason why I gave it a 4 star is because I think you need to add a bit more stuff like A audio button to record the song and send it to friends cousins and family. And, another thing that I don't like is paying for the full game and features I do want to unlock a full song but try to update that and make unlocking free, I think people who are poor don't like it so if you make that feature free it would help a lot! If you read this thanks for your attention! 😁

There are only several songs unlocked on the demo, which is the first thing that annoys me. The second thing is the time you get on free play, which is only 50 seconds !! Please make unlimited play time on free play so i can at LEAST make one song. Also for the free play topic, the keyboard is so small, even a small child can't use it. Also, make the full game cheaper. I'm not paying 8 dollars for a virtual piano app. :/ If this game improves, I will give a higher rating.

You should get this AWESOME game. I paid $7.99 for the whole game, but it was definitely worth it! I unlocked 150 songs, which are SUPER popular songs, like Minuet in G, 4 Five Nights at Freddy's songs, and SO MUCH MORE!!! And... NO ADS!!! Even if you haven't unlocked the full Synthesia. I tried other piano tutorial games and finally found Synthesia. I definitely recommend this game for U.

Not a subscription = winner! I will gladly purchase things i like and use. I absolutely will NOT subscribe to anything digital. This program has been around for many years and is quite good. Thank you developers for keeping it a one time purchase.

Can't click any of the menu items without scrolling in the song. The play buttons and speed up buttons are at the top of the screen and when you try to click them it thinks you are trying to click the navigation to go to a specific portion of the song. I haven't been able to slow down songs because the buttons are not click able due to this insane design. Terrible UI design the app is basically unusable on Android

This app is terrible, you have to pay to get the "full version" and with the version you get at he beginning is terrible. You can only do 2 things, one is free play where you just press the keys. The other option is "learn" to play, but it does not teach you anything. It waits for you to press a note on your keyboard, but when you do it does nothing! You have to pay $10.99 to get this app, it is NOT FREE!!!

Purchase the unlock code from the website, so you can have it unlocked on all platforms, forever. I only use sheet music mode. It's helped me to learn quite a few songs and I started from nothing as my first instrument in my mid-twenties. Learning to play songs from custom MIDI files I've downloaded from the internet is how I want to learn in this age of technology. I've also utilized this app when playing on a non-digital piano. I set it to recital mode so I could read notes and keep tempo.

Ars. A. Apr 12, 2021

Cool but I give it a three. Why? Because there are very little songs when I try to find a song that is piano there is no result and I dont get how to make a song thing and sometimes there is a bug where when I enter the piano some notes start to pkay and never let go and I restarted but still the same. Please fix the bug and make a tutorial for making a song and add a lot more music.

Okay, let's be honest. Synthesia is a wonderful app. It helps you get a feel of what learning the piano is like, or to put that in a more sensible way, it TEACHES you how to play piano. The interface is nowhere near complicated, rather, its quite simple and much more satisfying to use. Though, just because this app is wonderful, doesn't mean that it can't possess flaws, which Synthesia possesses quite a few. First off, the lack of generosity. Look, I get it. The app isn't much of a freebie and to experience the real Synthesia sensation, you must pay for licenses. Obviously, throwing $8 into the app is quite the waste (in a way). The limited free version is nice and all but to expect people to throw money in for all the other stuff that's included is kinda rude. I'd say, if you give people a chance to try the full verson for, I dunno, two-three days? Perhaps a trial that lasts a week? Then maybe you'lI have more happy customers and nicer reviews. Secondly, the interface. Don't get me wrong, I love the interface! It's simplistic and unique...but its just WAY too simplistic. You could, per say, add a few more features and spice up the menu a little. Just to give it more of a decent look. Again, I love the interface, but it deserves more light and maybe just a few additional features. Thirdly, the options. I mean...okay? Not the best options but certainly not the worst. It doesn't have many options to configure, so maybe add fewer more options? Maybe for the sake of it? Not much of a flaw but its pretty bland. Lastly, the updates. I shall only say this...UPDATE YOUR GAME FREQUENTLY! I love the app, even though I didn't buy it (yet) but for the love of god. Update the app more often! You have people buying this app and the least you could do is update it with new features or new looks. Maybe add holiday decorations in the app for specific holidays? Fix bugs or performance issues more often? I dunno, but update it so people can be even more satisfied with your app! Like I stated, I haven't bought the app yet but even though there are still flaws in Synthesia, I'm willing to buy it. I honestly have so much hope for it. Spending money on monthly subscriptions for apps like Flowkey, Yousician, SimplyPiano, etc. could be a drag if you can't spend so much a month. Instead of doing such, I recommend buying Synthesia. One price, one permanent membership for a wonderful app. I just hope most problems or flaws get worked out, so everyone can use Synthesia happily!

Great app for on the go piano playing! I have bought Synthesia for my PC and loved it. If you already have a keyboard. I have an old one and a new one both work perfectly. Only thing I would add is on Tablet/Mobile you need an adapter to attach a keyboard and you need to switch to Android midi. I bought a cheep one for $8 and I got two. If you are passionate about piano I highly recommend to is app. Other reviews complained about midi files not being free, that is not true. Get them 3d party .

Ham. T. Mar 5, 2022

This is a good app for learning piano. However the fact that to unlock all the songs and feature by paying 7 dollars is anoying. The good thing about this is that if you use a unlock code then you can getbit on all consoles. That alone deserves 5 stars. Great app developers

Rai. Mar 20, 2022

The app is so cool but I can't connect my keyboard to the app using Bluetooth. There is no Bluetooth settings. The sound was nice, but I can't search my song. Can you help?

Bad. Mar 18, 2022

I like the app, however, I don't have a keyboard so I play touchscreen, but everytime I press three keys or more, it gets stuck and I have to restart the entire app just to get it fixed which is annoying, please fix this bug.

I've been playing for awhile I would say it helps me play piano better, like what the other reviews says about it being hard since they have a small screen I think it's a great way since, if would play in real life it would be much easier, so it's kind of a good thing(:
