Paid for, and worked on older OS. Doesn't work on S9+/Android 10. Glad it was cheap.
Do not purchase this app! It does not work on newer phones. This app has not been updated for years. By the time you evaluate this app, your refund period will be over.
No longer supported. Loved it when it worked.
widget not working on android 9
issue with s10+ ... update pls...
It used to be perfect... I think the dev died :/
As a flight paramedic, I use this app to guide decisions regarding respiratory therapy in my special environment. I like it a lot. My only complaint is that the pressure variograph used to display a week, and now only shows the past six to thirty six hours. I liked it better before. Perhaps a future version would allow a choice of length on the graph.
Barometer is finally visibly useful. It does forceclose at launch in landscape mode on Honeycomb Xoom LTE but rumor mill says Android 4.0 upgrade is mere days away which may fix this problem. I look forward to more features such as elevator recognition mode. I am in NYC. It is a common issue. Keep up the good work.
I loved this app, until it started to fail, and by fail I mean the pressure measurement freezes and just flat lines. If the developer fixed this (which had been reported by many users) I'd rate it 4 stars. I had this problem on a Samsung galaxy s3 and now on a nexus 4.
I'd really like a longer history for the barometer readings. Also, the graph is so small with lots of unused screen space. Ads may go there in the unpaid, but this is the PRO version so having a larger graph would be great. More options for the alerts would be nice. I'm not even sure why it goes off, but I have it disabled because it seemed to go off randomly. I do like the trending feature and the live barometer readings. I guess it's too much to hope for the upcoming updates (3 yrs since updated).
It's OK, at least we have a useful application that reads the barometer. But it has two problems: 1. It's the forth battery eater after 12 hours of very little usage on my Galaxy Nexus (I'll review that again after changing the sampling to 15 minutes) 2. It seems to forget the settings every now and then. Keep up the good work and implement what people are suggesting around here! ;-)
Nice looking app this... The only issue I have is that the readings on my device are consistently -15hPa out. I'm sure this is a problem with my sensor rather than the app. However I would like to be able to offset this within settings in the next build.
The option for displaying weather change alerts seems to default to "yes" after a device reset or app update (not sure which). I don't want alerts, and it's annoying that my preference is forgotten. Otherwise great app.
This app worked fine on my nexus 4 for a while, but suddenly it just stopped working... All it does is show a black square where the pressure/altitude should be. I loved the app and its accuracy at weather forecasts but now it is pretty much useless. And I paid for it! I sent the developer an email but haven't received anything back for over two weeks now. If this isn't fixed soon I'm going to be looking for a way to get my money back.
I'd rate this app 5 stars if only it wasn't SO damned annoying. I have it on my home screen so I don't need the alerts and have them disabled by choice. Trouble is the app thinks it knows better and re - enables them. Pesky app.
This is a fairly good app, but the notification system doesn't work. It keeps changing forecasts each minute.
Really good app, but it would be nice to have the ability to swicth it off when no needed in the sampling interval options.
The sensors on my Nexus 5 lock-up after some hours of using Sypressure. This makes the app unusable for me.
This app worked flawlessly during hurricane Sandy here in New Jersey. A steal for the price.
Do not waste your money on this app as if you wait several hours it will be too late for refund as this app does not work for the galaxy note beware most important no easy way to contact provider. Wasted my money on this app....
Love the trending feature. Once you get used to the changes in building/outside differences, it's great.
Unfortunately this app appears to have been abandoned by the author. Too bad, it was a really nice up but it needs updated to function properly on newer versions of Android. Update: now that the variograph is broken and the possibility of an update seems unlikely, it's a much less useful app and harder to recommend. (Great! use it daily.)
