Can't even sign in. Useless app. I can sign in easily on the browser version, but for some strange reason I'm unable to use the exact same login info for the mobile version? Keeps telling me that I'm providing the wrong credentials or wrong email/password. Now I can't even use the web browser, it's forcing me to use this garbage app?! Would be cool if I could actually log in...

Garbage app. Just let me order out of a browser. The app just randomly deletes items from my cart when I tab back and forth between apps. But when my KM texts me the order, tabbing back and forth between apps is the most efficient. This app makes it so much harder than it is to just use the browser option like on a laptop.

Love it! Makes doing my orders so much easier and very streamlined! Having the ability to make lists for specific stores is also a huge plus! I use this almost every day for my orders and wish I could do all of food ordering like this!

Easy to use for reordering. When looking up new items, it is disappointing when the occasional item you look up doesn't have a description. It is also frustrating if you don't get the wording just right for something you're looking for, because it won't come up. My main use is to reorder my supplies which is very easy and quick, so the app is great for that.

Slow, sometimes doesn't load at all. I find myself constantly opening and closing the app, hoping and praying that it will work and then at the last minute texting my rep and hoping that he responds before the cut-off. I prefer to use mobile because having an organized list to go down is often beneficial, but I often end up having yo leave the kitchen and go off my inventory sheets and invoices because of this poorly programmed app. No pars, no easy way to create new lists. I could go on.

Hard to figure out what key words to use when searching an item. Out of stock label would be nice so I can look for an alternative product before submitting. Would be nice to update the app when we choose, rather than being forced to do it prior to opening. I realize you want everyone to have the most updated version, but sometimes I'm in a hurry and it's hard enough to place the order without extra fluff taking up precious minutes.

Edit: after several updates I tried again and now the app crashes at login every time. the previous version would crash when trying to add items. it just gets worse, previously or was just slow and inconvenient, now I can't order at all. App is slow and laggy, horrible! ordering a single item should happen with one click but requires numerical entry. Notifications slow things down to a crawl. I got 3 items into my order in the time it takes me to complete an order using Mobile. I'm uninstalling.

This app is the BEST! It makes ordering stock so much easier. It's user friendly, I can see exactly what I'm ordering, and I get to explore new product. Everything is categorized (like meats, seafood, frozen, dairy, etc.) and makes searching for a specific item a breeze. If you order from Sysco, this app if definitely the way to go.

**update** Significant improvements were made the new app is wonderful. The speed is now great and the customization options are amazing. I really like the lay out BUT it's very slow. I don't have time to wait 5 minutes for lists and items to load constantly. I've tried using it on wifi and my data and no improvement.

This app crashes literally every time you use it. It would take a year to put an order in, then another to get it submitted. Edit: App is much more streamlined now no longer crashes and has been running smoothly A+ to the team for getting on fixing the bugs.

Absolute disaster of an app. Wish I could keep sysco mobile. The touch is off, it hangs, some buttons on screen don't work or need multiple presses. It's also missing the quantity verification, when you order a large amount of one item, the old app would ask if you really wanted "13" cases of xxxx.

I think this app is so much better than their last one! Much more user friendly. Much more simplistic in nature. I wish there where more features, like a plus and minus button when ordering, and directly integrating with an inventory app. But it is leagues better than the previous app.

After latest update can't log in just force closes. After repeated reports sent no contact. Luckily I have another company to order through. I've already made this review and post once and they deleted it.

Can be finicky at times, like not syncing up on two different devices. Caused us to almost do two truck orders on time. Two managers thought they were working on the only open order. So, that could definitely be improved. Overall great ordering app.

Update: It's been months since I've had any issues, and the app has been working great. Sorry if there's no line break before my next sentence, text input doesn't seem to allow new paragraphs at the moment. Original Post: The convenience is awesome, when the app works. About 60% to 70% of the time it won't open on my phone and I end up having to message my sales rep. And she's pretty busy. Still worth it though, better to have it at 60% or 70% than nothing at all. And it's very easy to use.

While it does keep a list of previously ordered items, when i try to filter it in any way it comes back with a blank page. Also only works in landscape mode which smashes all the text together making most of it unreadable. Also cant find any settings option to change any of this.

Completely non-functional. Doesn't explain why submitting an order fails, requiring you to visit the desktop site to see which products are no longer available. Orders also fail to sync across devices upon making them, then submit just fine. Layout makes no sense and has too much free space. Still better than the original Sysco app. How does this company not invest more into their appearance and interface?

filled out entire order... app crashes and brings up a "Oops somerhing went wrong" message, I tap the home button below and it doesnt work. The only way go get back to the home screen is to uninstall the app and then reinstall. When I finally do get back into the app, my order was not saved. Stop wasting my time sysco

I got used to the Sysco mobile very quickly and was able to get things in order to help myself but in orders without it taking forever, even on slow internet. I can but an order in with up too a range of 30-50+ line items in and submit it 10-15 min. I was hopeful of Sysco Shop, and was very disappointed when i used it for a long list of reasons. this is supposed to replace the Sysco mobile witch makes my life easier to an app that doesn't seem to have everything together yet. If this happens more than likely i will not be using Sysco as much as i would like too.

App has forced an update, no problem there, but there's no option to start the update once the app kicks me into Google play. I uninstalled the app in the hopes it would update, but now I can't open the app at all and it still puts me into the update-google play cycle. 12.4.21

App wont even load which seems to be a server side issue since installing an older version of the app doesn't correct the problem. When it did work modifying a submitted order was nearly impossible. The app is complete trash in its current state to be honest.

Why do I need 2 apps sysco shop and sysco delivery app? That takes up to much space. Plus there is no option to modify an order after I submit it. You can't even see submitted or historical orders. PLEASE DON'T RESPOND ASKING ME TO UPDATE THE APP. I UPDATED 10 MINUTES BEFORE I TYPED THIS STILL SAME THING. If I want to modify a submitted order I have to text my representative, or log in on the computer. Might as well delete both apps and work from computer.

worked 1 time...never would open again. Just says oops something went wrong. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice and still does the same thing. Also, it rearranged my whole order guide from what I had originally, how my kitchen is laid out, to some weird almost alphabetical order. Terrible app. The old Sysco mobile app was better by far. Back to calling the order in.

For over two weeks now, this app is a failure. i have been unable ro complete an order. Additionally, ot takes forever to put an order in. As Ibwas putting each item in, there was a long delay before i could go to the next item. Then as I was getting xlose to rhe end, the app kicked me out and/or just shut down.

Using this app to order our supplies has allowed us to focus on our customers for the first time. I know that seems crazy, right? In fact some tire company gave us an award. Not sure how that relates to our restaurant, but it looks pretty good underneath my 2 6th place bowling league trophies. Thanks, Sysco Mobile Ordering app!

The old app was much better! About the only thing you can do on this is place a whole new order & see invoices. You cant see historical orders (to see when you last ordered or how many in a certain time period) & you can't add or change a current order.

The app closes randomly and doesn't work on every device. Sometimes it works on some. Other times, not so much. Its a simple inventory catalog and ordering app, yet somehow is clunky and unwieldy.

It is slow to load the lists. It also crashes on me and I can't find my customized list on this app. On the sysco mobile app have the ability to sort my list into my customized list but I do not see it on this app. I need to easily do my walk around at work in order of my custom list. I do not have time to walk around my entire kitchen ordering from a list that is not in order.
