Only seems to work half of the time super annoying when trying to put orders together for a business
Not working at all. Stays in the blue opening screen. You'd think a company that big with thousands of customers would fix a simple ordering app. Instead of worrying about your excessive covid protocols, fix your app!
App is down for the past 2 weeks at least. Won't load. Sometimes erasing data or clearing cache will work. Most times not.
Worse app ever trying to log in but the app is not even loading. Not even good for 1 ☆ .

The concept of this app is great however it won't load, constantly errors out. Seriously Sysco you need to make some serious investment in technology to streamline things for your MA's and customers.
Tried using this to place my order and it kept telling me every item was invalid, On top of it constantly switching screens on me.
Useless. Works less than 10% of the time. Please fix it. As a Chef, having this app working would be incredibly useful, but having it not work as much as it does just adds one more stressful thing to my day. Sysco... Figure it out!!
Kind of pointless if it doesn't even connect to the server. How are your customers supposed to work with this? Seems like nobody is even trying to fix it
Huge improvement. The inventory system and scan option are a major time saver. Makes my life a little easier.
I'm trying to place an order but it won't connect to the network once I'm logged in. I've tried both data and WiFi but it just says processing and doesn't go any further than that.
Not impressed, sysco needs to pick up their game if they expect to do all ordering on a online platform it needs to be more versatile app doesn't work what so ever and desktop is inconvenient
It doesn't work! Great idea to bad it doesn't do anything . what a waste of time!
Need to fix search bar. Using numbers autocorrects it and deletes first three. When you place an order, leave your phone and come back you cant add any more items. Needs major update.

Huge improvements over the last few months. Mobile inventory is a nice touch.
It won't connect to server, so unable to log in.
Latest update sucks. Custom guide is not available anymore so if you feel like browsing through 500 items from the standard/your acct list then go for it :)
It's a great idea but doesn't work worth a crap. Why even bother releasing it with all these bugs. Seriously, fix this. Makes your company look like a joke.
Doesn't scroll fast enough to be of any use. I mean one swipe per line is clearly a problem. How can you scroll down a 300 item list at five swipes per item? That's right; you can't.

Can't log in, the one time I did, it was very glitchy.
It amazes me how such a big supplier like sysco doesn't have an app that actually works properly. When you can use it, it is still annoying how it takes so long to scroll down and it's full of glitches. I have to carry my laptop to work to be able to place orders.
