System software uninstall

Useless App that can NOT Uninstaller or ever deleat any App. I have turned off over 15 Apps over 6 times a day for over 9 months that I would never ever use.

How to use this when I can only see the 2 categories with nothing (totally blank/black screen) appeared for selection...! Darn...
